Fantastic Christmas read. A beautiful story about forgiveness and love
Low Key Romance. I was drawn to read this book because of the title, as I have long wanted to view the Aurora Borealis. The descriptions of the lights and Norway itself did not disappoint and I thought the story of her childhood, her parents love for each other and her getting to know her mother were sensitively written. However I didn’t feel the chemistry between Frankie and Jonas and any romance seemed incidental to her relationship with her parents. I found the ending of the story rushed and the timeline of events in the epilogue confusing. I doubt I will read more by this author. I voluntarily read and reviewed an advanced copy of this book from NetGalley. All thoughts and opinions are my own.
