Another Wonderful Visit To The Ponderosa Ranch. I find myself writing similar reviews for all of Tawna Fenske’s books. Every one of her books is a pleasure to read, and it seems I’m always using the same superlatives to describe them and always loving every single word. “Captain Dreamboat” is no exception. The book is at turns sweet, silly and sexy. The characters, after several books in the series, now feel like family. It was a joy to finally get to know Jonathan better, too. He’s been often mentioned, and he got the happy ending he deserved with Blanka. I always love to visit Ponderosa Resort and find out what the Bracelyn family and their friends are up to. I’d recommend the entire series, but this can be read as a stand-alone as well. Tawna Fenske’s trademark wit and wackiness are a joy. Don’t miss out!

A dream book. Another fabulous addition to the Ponderosa Ranch series. I loved the relationship between Jonathan and Blanka. They never tried to fight or deny their attraction to each other yet they held off because of what they both thought they wanted out of their lives. Blanka helping Jonathan recover from surgery was great, the self-care bath was down right hilarious and yet so perfect for these two. I really liked Blanka and how she always knew what she wanted even if she didn’t know how to put it into words. I really enjoyed seeing more of Isabelle (Izzy) and watch her open up and become her own person. When she spoke with Jonathan and made him realize what he was missing, that was great to see her becoming herself and not the person who apologized for everything. I can’t wait for Izzy’s story. If you have enjoyed the other Bracelyn sibling’s stories then Jonathan’s will not disappoint.

Captain Dreamboat. A good book.. so funny

Fun, light, easy read. I enjoyed this romance, but have a few minor issues with the kidney donation information. But knowing most people would not be familiar with that, I'm giving this a 4 star rating. You will love spending time with Jon and Blanka. I found the canoe/kayak adventure to be fun, light and yet heartwarming and heartbreaking. I laughed at the self-care experiments and I hope you will too. Overall a fun, light and easy book.

Awesome read. Every book in this series is different, the one unchanging feature is they all have an incredible happy ending. So grab one of these books and sink into another world.

Sins of the father. A delightful addition to the Ponderosa Resort series by Tawna Fenske. Jonathan Bracelyn is the spitting image of his philandering father. He has dedicated his life to helping others,like his stepfather, to atone for his biological father’s sins. Blanka Pablo is a Ukrainian research scientist whose father is the ultimate philanthropist who ignores his own family in order to help others. Both of these characters have serious daddy issues that loom large over their budding relationship. This is a cute, funny romance that has a minimal amount of angst before you get to your happily ever after.
