My thoughts on this book.. I have a lot of opinions on this book. I read it for school, and that really gave me an understanding of this. This book was about theme, mostly about immortality being not a blessing yet a curse. This definitely got me thinking and for that I give kudos. The story was interesting, but unfortunately didn’t go many places in the end, and I believe we didn’t truly get a happy ending, although some may view it as one. I believe this book could have been longer which would make it much more enticing, but unfortunately it was very short which squished the story together, making it very fast paced although it does not seem like the type of story to be that way. This is a book I would read once or twice, and I do recommend it if you are looking to really get into life, immorality, and how experience is more valuable than years.

My opinion on Tuck Everlasting :). I first saw this book when one of my friends reading it, saying it was a good book. I was at first very hesitant to read it at first but it came evidently aware that I needed to once I picked it up. It’s an outstanding book that has moved its way through my list and is now my 2nd favorite book. The way that Winnie interacts with the world is very relatable and Natalie Babbitt brings life into not only Winnie, but also her family, and shows the bad side of immortality. Though the end of the book saddened me, it was a perfect way to end it. I would 100% suggest this book for someone looking for a quick read.
