A second chance heartbreaker of a story.... The preview tells us Nate and Myra were once married but when their story is dissembled and all of the story comes out they are stunned. I could almost predict most of the plot of this book, but the writing style is like coming home to family. I instantly liked Nate and Myra and already knew the supporting cast well. Entranced by every word I devoured this tale and was all smiles at the end.

Emotional, angsty and a must-read!. I must say that I have absolutely loved the women of the Promise Me series. They have been through so much and yet they are strong and determined. In the last book of the series, which can technically be read as interconnected standalones, BUT are so good and should just be read in order, we finally find out what is going on with Nate and Myra. And let me tell you, it was worth the wait. From our First by Carrie Ann Ryan is a second chance romance that was emotional and angst-filled. What secret have Nate and Myra been keeping and will they survive the aftermath? Enemies because of the secrets, anger and hurt they hid from each other and others, can they find a way past that to see what they truly have before it’s too late? Their journey truly broke my heart. People they should have trusted let them down and now the people that matter the most to both of them have found their happily ever after. Can they learn to forgive and move forward? Both are stubborn and determined, but there is so much there if they just let themselves see it. A great ending to an amazing series. I just loved this book and series so much. Happy reading!

Great finale!. I enjoyed reading every minute of this book. It was a great second chance romance with the enemies to lovers tripe mixed in. I was rooting for them from the start and loved their story. Another great book by an amazing author!

Worth the wait!. After the ending of the last book, Nate and Myra’s story was so worth the wait! After a shocking past relationship, they find themselves confronted with a history that they aren’t sharing to their family and friends. But when the past comes charging them, they have no choice but to be friends. Destiny has another plan for them and their journey was filled with drama, suspense, a touch of danger and a whole lot of heat level. I loved how their story developed and ended, now the gang is complete.

Good book. This is a good read. Nathan and Myra are a good couple with lots of chemistry between them ( when there not fighting).

A great finale!! ❤️. This is the final book in the Promise Me series, the last Brady brother, Nate, and the last of the pact sisters, Myra. They have a secret they’ve been keeping from everyone (a doozie of one too!) and they’re trying to navigate around that. When Myra’s nasty parents & cousin drop in unexpectedly, they drop a few bombs on her, and Nate, which leads to to tell their secret. And maybe get a second chance. But life isn’t ever that easy. Emotions are never that easy. And they end up having to deal with more than just their hearts. This was a great ending to the series. Filled with lots of emotions, fun, sexiness, and of course, some danger. I’m happy the pact sisters and Brady brothers ended up making their own family. You can never have too much! ❤️

Great story!!. This was a great conclusion to the Promise Me series. Nate and Myra have had tension from when we first meet them. It was hard to tell if it was chemistry or just dislike. Their initial story is full of young love, excitement and pain. For Myra her family was never in her corner and she felt betrayed by the one person who she thought was in her corner, unaware of the shady tactics from her parents. Nate had his heart broken and his faith crushed so young that he was unable to see beyond the superficial. As their world collide over and over again they both are stunned by the lengths Myra's family went to in order to keep a hold of their way of life. My heart ached for both Nate and Myra when the truth came out. I loved seeing that neither could contain their love and passion. this was a great story and a great wrap up to the Promise Me series.

Not good.. This book is poorly written. Most of the dialogue drags and the characters aren’t likable. The plot is actually laughable.

Nate & Myra. “From Our First” is Nate and Myra’s story. We learn the secret of why Nate & Myra have loathed each other in four books in “Far From Destined”. We learn all about these two and the secret they kept from everyone except Arden. Turns out there was more to their story. Nate is coming to grips with his headaches after his accident and has finally learned to ask for help. Myra isn’t always the ice queen she is made out to be. Nate and Myra get a second chance at happiness, but will their past continue to rip them apart? Great read and conclusion to the Brady brothers. 4.5/5 stars.

Loved this Book !. Definitely my favorite in the series watching the Dynamics between the two grow through each book was like a perfect build up for Nate & Myra’s book. Even when they were at odds and pretending that they hated each other you could still see the Chemistry between them. Loved this book !

Nate and Myra. ‘From Our First’ is book four and last in Carrie Ann Ryan’s Promise Me series. Each book in the series are stand-alones with HEA for the character. But it’s recommended that all the books are read in order as the main storyline continues throughout the books. The whole series follows a group of close knit group of friends each determine to help each other find love. ‘From Our First’ follows Nate Brady and Myra West, a second chance story. When Nate and Myra were younger they were a serious item but split up quite agonisingly. Myra was the last of her “sister” to go on her blind date and she was determined not to be set up with the last Brady brother just because all her other friends had ended up with them. Just because there was history doesn’t mean there isn’t room for a future. I was waiting for Nate and Myra as you could see that there was a secret between them and I was not disappointed with their story. My heart broke for Nate and Myra and I needed them to find a way to get past their pain and mistrust. You could see their connection was strong and still there, they just needed a very strong push. Once again Carrie Ann Ryan's writing gives us all the feels, joy, anticipation, anger, sorrow. Each and every book are pages turners, with the right mix of angst, passion, and suspense. I have loved reading this series and I am sad that it has now come to an end. Even though it was a wonderful journey, one I will look forward to going on again in the future. Well done Ms Ryan!!!

Great end to the series. From Our First is the last book in the series and is Nate and Myra’s story. I knew that these two had a past and that it had not ended well, but this story reveals just how heartbreaking and devastating it was. This is a second chance at love story that ticked the boxes for me. One can never forget the past but you can come to terms with it and move forward. The growth in their relationship throughout this story was heart warming and if they are prepared to take a chance, they might find the happiness that has alluded them. Myra is the last woman standing and the other women are determined that she goes out on the blind dates that she agreed too, however she is not ready and she is shocked when she begrudgingly turns up to see Nate is her date. He is equally shocked as his brother’s have set him up too. What none of them know is that Nate and Myra were once married There were so many twists and turns in this book that I was riveted and read well into the night. From Our First was a fitting end to the series and one I enjoyed.

Myra and Nate. This is the last book in this series. Myra and Nate have an interesting past that they have been keeping secret, but they have to share their secret with their family and friends before they can move forward. Myra's family has always tried to control her and in this story, we find out just how low they are prepared to go to get her to do things their way. Danger lurks as Myra and Nate try to sort out their feelings and their future. As with all of Carrie Ann Ryan's books this story has lots of emotions but a HEA.

Loved !!!. I love Nate and Myra as there wasn’t any influence from the family in this one and absolutely enjoyed it immensely. Nate and Myra got married and divorced while still in college. I really wanted to hit Myra’s parents for what they did. You will have to read the story to enjoy a great read by this fabulous author. I loved it!. This is the fourth and last book in the amazing Promise Me Series. I love this Series! This Series is part of the Montgomery World. You can read this story as a standalone, but I recommend you to read this Series in order. Myra and Nate's second chance to love is emotional, fun, sexy, filled with twists and turns, and a little suspense. I loved to follow them in the journey to love. The supporting characters are great, and they have an important part in this story. I love these Series with intertwined characters. The family bonds and the friendship are fantastic in this Series. I enjoyed it. Looking forward for more stories from this author.

Sweetness and heat all wrapped up in one perfect Nate!!. Left the best brother for last.... I love Nathan. He is fun, playful and swoon worthy, so naturally the Ice Princess has no choice but to melt. The history with Nate and Myra seemed beyond repair but like most issues, once both sides of the story are told... things look it different. Thoroughly enjoyed watching these two fight through their past and redefine their future.
