Married to the Enemy. I was hooked from page one! I could not put it down and finished it in one day!! It’s full of love, angst, laughter and family. Aria and Nash were so cute when they were younger but wow, what a mess they got themselves in. Fast forward 12 years and they find each other back in their lives again. Aria now has a little girl named Felicity to take care of. Her ex, never married, wants custody. Now Aria has to scramble to figure out how to keep her daughter. Along comes her first love, Nash, trying to save the day for both of them even though they spent 12 years hating each other. I saw when it ended it was so good!! I loved it Lili!!!

Amazing story, characters and narration!!. I loved this book!! What a pleasure it was to listen too! Jason Clarke and Lili Valente are absolute magic to listen to as Nash and Aria. They make you feel everything their characters are feeling and going through and have such soothing voices. And Jason with a mild southern drawl is positively delicious and so sexy! I just love when they collaborate on audiobooks. I am also really loving this series so far, the characters are all so likable, relatable and lovable. Nash and Aria have a brief interaction in the last book that has had me wondering what could have possibly happened between them to elicit that kind of reaction when they see each other again for the first time in years at her sister’s BBQ. We don’t have to wait long to find out what that was in this book as we are witness to exactly what took place when they were teenagers. Fast forward a decade and they run into each other at a fair, and each have some less than desirable situations going on in their lives especially Aria. To help each other out, they decide on a fake marriage, which of course turns into a second chance for them and it is so wonderful. I love when they realize they should maybe give it a real shot, because Nash is pretty irresistible as a fake husband and step dad and I don’t know how Aria was resisting the urge to jump his bones. I absolutely adore the way Nash loves Aria’s baby girl Felicity, it is just the sweetest and made me swoon as much as the way he treats Aria does, but that nickname he gives her is awful lol. But things that are that good can’t possibly last when there are strong forces working against them, especially if they are close family members, can they? This definitely makes the story take a difficult and emotional turn for a little while. My heart hurt so much for them. Can their love see them through? Of course it can, this is a romance after all, so that’s not really a spoiler. There has to be a happily-ever-after! Nice little bonus short story at the end too!!

Falling for the Ex. A sweet romantic story but the grammar and typo errors were a big distraction. One example: need to work hard building the business so we can be in the red… being in the red is not good business! Wrong words used too many times in sentences. Makes me wonder if anyone took the time to read and edit for accuracy.

Nice Characters. I really enjoyed reading this book. The author made you feel what the characters were feeling. Some authors try to do that and it is awkward. There was no awkwardness in this book. It really sold the story and I loved it.

Aria and Nash. Loved this book!!! Second chances are meant to be special and oh boy was theirs special. Very nice love story.

A truly wonderful book with so much going on That I wanted to finish the book, but I did put it down and slept. Only to finish the next morning. Thank You

Swoonworthy times ten!. Five stars for this newest addition to Lili Valente’s Bliss River series. It’s been 12 years since Nash and Aria’s love at first sight encounter in their youth. But when their escapades are discovered and misunderstandings surface, the only thing they have in common is their dislike for one another. But when Aria and Nash unexpectedly cross paths and share their current unfortunate circumstances with one another, in the spur of the moment, they agree to a marriage of convenience in hopes of staving off troubles or embarrassment, respectively. But as they begin to share their lives as a family which includes her infant daughter, Felicity, both Nash and Aria come to their own realization that what they shared all those years ago was truly special. The question is, can they let go of those misunderstandings, admit their true feelings and build the life together that they both really desire? I really enjoyed Married to the Enemy. The love Nash and Aria share is truly special and with the addition of her daughter, Felicity, this story is perfect. I love how deeply Nash is committed to building a family with Aria and her daughter, and the immediate connection he shares with Felicity is absolutely magical. There’s never a doubt that they all truly belong together. Swoonworthy times ten.

Pretending to love each other so that Aria can keep custody of her daughter Felicity and Nash to show his ex that he has moved on with his life. What started as pretending leads to so much more. However, when loved ones in Nash and Aria's lives have a say in their life, that perfect little love bubble starts to deflate a little at a time. Can Nash and Aria overcome the obstacles thrown at them from their loved ones? Is love enough to keep them together as a family? Lili Valente brought to life a love story of two soul mates that have had to battle their way through life to get to one another. Years ago their love started and it was abruptly halted. Years later Nash and Aria have a chance to rekindle what they started 12 years ago, but will outer influences allow them to have their happily ever after. LOVED Nash and Aria.

Fun Marriage of Convenience RomCom. I was still upset with Aria after the last book. But I was definitely curious to know more about Nash! We only met him briefly in Dating Dr. Dreamy. And the two of them clearly had a sordid past that I was dying to hear about. Married to the Enemy satisfied all my curiosities. And Jason Clarke reading Nash with a drawl? Whoa! *Fans self* This book was sweet, romantic, and steamy. My anger faded as I got to know Aria better. She has a lot of insecurities, which is understandable considering what her ex is like. Nash was honest and caring and seductive. And is there anything hotter than a guy who loves babies? *Swoon* I only wish Aria had caused him to make good on his promise in the beer garden.

Falling for the Ex. First time reading this author. Not my usual type of romance book. I would say it’s geared for those in their 20s, 30’s. Not a bad story, but I am not one for descriptive sex scenes. I liked the male character more than the female. Took me quite awhile to warm up to her.

Yes! ❤️🚔💔💙. Nash and Aria are such a great couple. After a young love home wrong, they show that the second time around can be sweet, even if the beginning is auspicious. I love the protectiveness of their families and that they can work through their problems.

Fantastic story!. Married To The Enemy mixes together a bunch of fun romance tropes...enemies to friends, single parent and marriage of convenience...for Aria and Nash. I’ll admit, Aria was not my favorite person going into this book, because of her attitude and actions in book one of the series (which you don’t need to read to enjoy this one...but it was awesome as well!) But I assumed, correctly, that she’d be redeemed and we’d learn more about why she is the way she is, Turns out, she and Nash knew each other as teens at summer camp and fell in love. Things did not end well and frankly, Nash has every right to hate the March family. But he puts all that aside to help his former love fight off her ex’s custody grab by helping this single mom and her sweet baby “Skeeter”. Nash is sexy sweetness on a stick and I fell for him right away. He’s definitely had lingering feelings for Aria, despite the disaster in the past. He’s a really good guy, looking to do the right thing, even if it does benefit him as well. I definitely credit Lili Valente for turning my displeasure with Aria’s actions into understanding and redemption. This reader was given a background and circumstances that were believable and forgivable. Aria is flawed, as is everyone and appreciate how she is written. I absolutely had a change of heart about her! As much as I loved book one in Bliss River, I think Married To The Enemy edged it out in character development and growth. Can I give it 5.25 stars instead!?
