What a riot!. This book was an e-ticket ride from the beginning through the end. Loved the Vandemic and the evil nerises! Great characters with a lot of action. Can’t wait for the next one!

What a fun story. Loved the way she is brought into the fold of the story. It’s a fun one.

An intriguing and titillating story.... In this new depiction of Earth, the planet is being consumed by a Vandemic. A virus is turning people into vampire like beings. Also in this “world” real vampires exist, along with fairies, werewolves, Sirens, and more. Not exactly as previous incarnations these preternaturals or “Prets” are a little different from those I’d read about before. Avery thinks she is human, thinks she is alone in the world and she is hanging tough. Meeting Lysander, Charles, and Tarin sends her on an action packed thrill ride. And we get to tag along in this exciting fantasy tale.

Engaging. This was an interesting story. It was not a story that I would normally read but it was engaging and the characters worked well together. I am interested in finding out what happens next.

Entertaining. My first “reverse harem” book, not sure it’s my thing, but this one is well written…clever, witty, action packed. Think zombie apocalypse but with vampires, clearly inspired by the Covid pandemic. Spoiler alert: it’s a cliffhanger.

Loved it!!. Wow!! This one was action packed and loved every second of it!! I can’t wait to read the rest of the series!!

A Bitey Good Read. First in series, amazing read, exceptional characters and storyline this book has it all. Skye and Liza are a partnership that is amazing, the wit and humour of the characters make read this book a pleasure. Recommended read.

Good Start. I enjoyed this story it was a good start to a new series. I thought the storyline was well done and the characters were well-drawn. I thought the world building was good and liked the way the author built the excitement and drama. I liked too that the author added some humour too, a great way to relieve tension. I am looking forward to reading more.
