Intimacy, friendship, drama and joy! ❤️. J kenner does such a great job jumping right into the busy lives of Nikki and Damien Stark. Embrace Me begins with big news for the Starks. Many Stark world characters appear including Jamie, Evelyn and Nikki’s mother. Has her mother returned to make amends or create more trouble? This novella sets up the next Nikki and Damien book, Enchant Me with a great surprise!

New arrival. The love between Damien & Nikki continues to shine through as they prepare for the arrival of their baby boy while navigating the arrival of an unwanted visitor. Still desperately in love after all these years, the Starks always make for a steamy & entertaining read.

Checking in with the Stark Family. The is a very quick, well written story with a cliffhanger-esque type of ending. The sweet moments, the low angst, the fun banter between Nike and Damien, it’s all there. I love Nikki and Damien, and I love that the author has been able to successfully continue their story, but I think I might be over all the little novellas about their family. It’s great that their story has evolved, and while the chemistry is still there, I miss the ultra steamy sexy times from the beginning, and honestly I’m not a super fan of kids in my romance stories especially when they start playing bigger roles in the storyline. I will say, if the storyline continues down this path, I hope we get to see the oldest daughter, Lara, start dating, and get to see how Damien handles that.

Stark Saga Continues!. Back in the Stark Universe, “Embrace me” picks up where “Cherish Me” leaves off. Nikki is pregnant with a baby boy Stark. We have returns of some of our precious characters from the series, Eric and Bree, along with our regulars, Evelyn and Frank, and our less than appealing Elizabeth Fairchild. This is a wonderful continuation of the Stark saga and a must read for Stark Universe fans!!

Loved Embrace Me!. I love Embrace Me by J. Kenner so much!!! I can never read enough Damien & Nikki. This is a quick read but with all the excitement, drama and of course more of the love with Damien, Nikki, their precious daughters and the arrival of the new BBS. I cannot wait for the next book!

Family is where you find it. ❤️. "He and Nikki knew better than anyone that family was about where you found it. Not about blood." There's no such thing as enough Damien and Nikki, right? Their love story has withstood the test of time and is still going strong. It's not just maintaining, it's growing. Yup, there's gonna be a baby boy Stark. Another addition to their family. The beautiful and loving family that has grown one person at a time into what it is now. It's not about the blood, it's about the love. My heart breaks for Nikki as she is faced with the unexpected presence of her mother at a time when she's dealing with hormones and the future of her growing family. She had a horrible childhood. But like so many children raised in dysfunctional homes, hope is eternal. Should she close the door on that hope or give her mother another chance? This Stark novella is like a chocolate kiss. Sweet and delicious. It melts in your mouth and satisfies, but still leaves you wanting more. And that's what I want... more. I can't wait to get my hands on Enchant Me. The line forms here...

Loved it. A fantastic novella filled with hope and love. It’s always a treat to read about Nikki and Damien. Family comes first and this book embraces all they have and how important their inner circle is to them. J Kenner created a juicy, fun read with little drama and lots of happiness. A great read!

Loved it. I love being back with Damien and Nikki Stark. Nearing the end of her pregnancy Nikki, Damien and the girls are getting ready to welcome the latest addition to the family. If only an unwelcome family member did not show up, then their lives would be perfect. However Nikki’s mother is determined to insinuate herself into their lives which puts pressure on Nikki and we all know that if Nikki is unhappy, then so is Damien. I love how supportive and loyal they are and always have each others back; their love is unbreakable. Embrace Me is a quick, heart warming and passionate novella about love and family. This is another winner for J. Kenner and I cannot wait to see what is next for the Stark family and their friends.

Ticked all my boxes. I was so excited to be back in Damien and Nikki Stark’s world and this book was everything I expected and so much more. It may be a quick read but it still packs a mighty punch and we catch up with Stark family, Nikki is ready to give birth to the latest member of the family but an uninvited guest turns up when it’s least expected. Nikki’s mother is determined to worm her way into their lives and that upsets not only Nikki because we all know Damien will do whatever is needed to protect his wife and family. Embrace Me drew me in and had me right back where I’m at my happiest with the Stark family, I love the loyalty, the kindness and the protection this couple have for everyone they surround themselves with. If you know Damien and Nikki Stark this will be a must read because Ms Kenner has brought back so many happy memories with this quick, enjoyable read, can’t wait for to see what’s next for one of my favourite families and their friends.

4.5 stars-wonderfully romantic. EMBRACE ME is the latest instalment in J. Kenner’s contemporary, adult STARK EVER AFTER series of novellas focusing on Damien Stark, and his wife Nikki Fairchild-Stark. Told from first person perspective ( Nikki) and third person EMBRACE ME follows in the days before the birth of their first son. As Nikki’s associate begins interviewing potential interns to work during Nikki’s maternity leave, Nikki and Damien must consider the possibility of another nanny for their growing family but all is about to come crashing down with the reappearance of Nikki’s mother, a woman who is looking for more than a family reunion. EMBRACE ME is the continuing story of Damien and Nikki, their relationship, their friendships, their undying love, and their building family. Both Nikki and Damien’s childhoods have been marred by abuse and power, and dysfunctional family dynamics. J. Kenner give the reader another peak into the lives and loves of the Stark-Fairchild relationship, a relationship that has blossomed like a rose on a support of thorns. The love between Nikki and Damien is envious and palpable. The premise is wonderfully romantic; the characters like a welcoming family reunion.
