WHERE IS THE THIRD BOOK. This book was not my fave… that being said… there was a huge cliffhanger and the third book for this couple is no where to be found. It’s been completely removed. Super frustrating!!

Okay book. The story line of the past two books dragged on too long. In previous books the two main characters story lines were done in 1-2 books. Donny’s and Callie’s story shouldn’t take three books to complete. Too much focus on intimate situations/details that constantly repeated several times in this book and the previous book and not enough emphasis on the plot.

Dragging it out. You can skip this book in the series. Nothing happens. Just finish the series, now you are just dragging it out. I have loved this entire series and read the next one as soon as it’s released but this one was a big disappointment.

Eh. This is the worst book of the series nothing happened it just kept dragging on

So intense.. The chemistry between Callie and Donnie is so intense. The mystery of the safe deposit boxes is very interesting. What do the contents of the box Donny opens mean?Just another mystery for him to solve. Can he really let Callie go and will she tell him what’s really on her mind? I’m left with so many questions, and can’t wait to read more of their story.

Awesome. This series is awesome. Keeps you on your toes.

Disappointed. Of all the books I’ve read from my favorite author, this is the most disappointing. All talk, no action! A constant repeat of what we already know and not getting to the point. Why drudge it along? Just get this story over with and move on to the next couple! My stomach was in knots the whole time I read it because of the disappointment. I even skipped through pages to end it more quickly! Maybe the next one will be better!

Good Read. Another great series with the story of Donny and Callie. Can’t wait to keep reading to see what they find out what things are being revealed about there families past. The hot sex is a plus too!! IOn to the next book!

Flame. Donny and Callie a love story …full of emotion….rare, hot…suspense…a key…two keys…one knows what the key holds…one unsure…both in same place unknowingly….this book has a little of it all…well written as all of hers are..Ms Hardt captures the essence of a white hot flame..I’m drawn like a moth .l.that wants to be consumed by the flame….I thorough enjoyed this installment…now we wait for the next…Thank You Helen Hardt for the ride♥️♥️♥️

The suspense is killing me. This story is full of so many separate plots that I’m sure will all come together a they always do for the Steels . However, the suspense is killing me! I can’t wait to see what happens. Donny and Callie’s love is really being out to the test. Looking forward to the next book.

Another generation of suspense for the Steel family. As the plot thickens again for the new generation of Steel’s. Donnie Steel is attempting to figure out what is happening, and debating if he figure it out. Even if it means his ethics have to be checked. All the while Callie is trying to reign in the secrets of the past with the help of her sister. But will Callie and Donny both have to put their love on the line to protect the other?

Love this series. I’m a fan! Love the book but just wanted to know why book 21 Blaze isn’t available??? So disappointed since I had to skip 21 and continue reading the other books.

Amazing!. This book is insane! I have followed the Steel brothers from the very beginning. I absolutely love getting to keep up with the original siblings thru their children. It’s been amazing to see the sweet abused little boys from so long ago turn into men and fight for their happiness. I can’t wait to see what happens next.

Amazing and suspenseful. Helen never ceases to amaze me with her ability to maintain such a strong hold on my heart and imagination. With each set of lovers also comes new mysteries and a continued web of lies unfolding. Donny and Dale have a special place in my heart. I love Donny and Callie together and I hope they can start being completely transparent with eachother and unearthed their never dying love, as well as the secrets. I can’t wait to fully understand callies secret. Not knowing is killing me!

I couldn't put it down!!. This is the continuation of Helen Hardt's Steel brothers saga but now it's their children's stories. Flame continues Donny Steel and Callie Pike's stories. There are ongoing mysteries yet unsolved and threats to Callie and Donny's happily ever after. Again, Helen Hardt intricately weaves much of the previous storylines into the present and introduces new characters while keeping us invested in the old ones. Her writing talents and creativity are endless. If you are a new reader to the series, start at the beginning and enjoy what is one of my favorite series from a beloved author. If you have kept up with the saga, this addition will not disappoint. I can't wait for the next book!
