Love This Book!. This book had me wanting to read and was super hard to put down! It kept me on the edge of my seat the whole time. Just when you think you know, everything changes! I only wish this at least had a Book #2 just to end it a little better ♥️

I would recommend this book to anyone that loves suspense, drama, mystery, love! The author did an amazing job of making you feel as if you were there in the story! I read this book I’m one day.. I couldn’t put it down.

Good, but left me with questions.. I liked this book, it’s helped me get out of a lull in my reading. But I have more questions about Daniel, how did he get the necklace… where did he put the jewelry box.. why did they break up? I understand the lying. Idk, wanted more answers. But sometimes you don’t get them, and honestly it’s okay. A good read.

Louisiana Murder Mystery. Being that it was a Louisiana murder mystery with family drama, I had to check it out. It was great from beginning to end and had me guessing the entire time. Great twist at the end!!! Read it NOW

Too many errors. I noticed too many errors, I guess from working in healthcare. After all it is a fictional book, but come on! The way the character calls in a prescription, a real doctor does not say “I recommend…” when calling in a prescription to a pharmacy. Then the character jumps from undergrad straight to Ph.D then Masters. It’s undergrad, masters and Ph.D. The author needed to conduct more research. It just a bunch word salad to me, It took me forever to read it because of that. It jumps to one story line and another.

Good read. This was an easy read, which I always appreciate! I did see the ending coming, more or less, but still enjoyed it!

3 stars. Soo, I finally finished this book. However, the start, and literally up until somewhere between pages 230-250, I was just shocked at the similarities between the book “the Woman in the Window” (which was released a few years sooner) and a Flicker in the Dark. However, by the mid 200s - I felt that the book finally veered away from the former title mentioned and into its own, unique plot. I can honestly say that I was not expecting the two twists that happened at the end of the book, and because of that- and because it did finally switch to an original enough plot, though almost too far in the book- in my opinion, and so for that…. This book gets between an even 3 and 3.5 stars. If you HAVENT READ THE WOMAN IN THE WINDOW, Then I think you would probably enjoy this book MUCH more than I did.

Loved. This was a great book! I really liked the pacing and the way the story was told from an unreliable perspective. It kept me guessing what was true and what wasn’t, and I definitely didn’t guess the ending, which is always a good thing! Would recommend to mystery/thriller fans.

So twisty!. I really enjoyed this book! I had a hunch of the twist in the beginning, then I changed my mind, changed my mind again, and then once more was like “oohhh” I was right the whole time. It was a very interesting read!!!! A bit wordy at times, but none the less, extremely good.

Murder mystery twist!. I loved the story! Kept you on your feet and definitely interesting how it all ends.. loved it! Would highly recommend to people who love murder mysteries with a twist!

Predictable. I predicted who it was in I think chapter 3. By chapter 21 it was too repetitive and I found myself bored. Skipped to a random page at the end and confirmed I knew who did it and who was involved. Just gets too slow.

Blah. After recollecting numerous times that she saw her father with a shovel, it turns out it wasn’t him ?? And Daniel came into her life, knowing by his own admission, who she was, for what reason ?? And Tyler pretends to be with a major newspaper and hounds Chloe for an interview …why ?? What for ? And he just gets ‘talked into’ murdering girls by someone else?? What did he need Chloe for ? A lot of the story makes no sense to me. At all. And it’s NOT 368 pages as advertised here, more like 237.

Great read. Great book with good twists. Once I was halfway through I couldn’t put it down, even at work.

Meh. I found the story to be a bit boring and repetitive. Slightly predictable. I found myself skimming heavily towards the end. Not my favorite.

Wow. I’m not gonna lie it took months for me to finish this book, only because life got so hectic and crazy but after finishing this book I wish I had finished it sooner. Everything about this book is so good! The characters the character development the twists and turns not to mention the The imagery is immaculate, I felt like I can really picture every moment as if I was there. The author does a great job at telling this story and getting you to believe something until you find out it’s not true. I hope everyone gets a chance to Read this book ♥️✨

Could not stop reading.. Most books start out kind of slow and boring, but nothing about this from start to finish was boring. Being the child of a serial killer is anything but boring. The ending totally took me by surprise and I loved Chloe! Great book!
