Griffin. Griffin by S M West Griffin took on the problems of Cora and helped her when she needed it. With some half truths between them not all is what it seems. A great story to read without giving it away!

An edge of your seat romance must read!. Action packed, suspense filled romance must read! This newest release brings a romance story filled with danger, suspense, mystery and a delightful heat level that gets hotter as they run from danger. Griffin and Cora life crosses as she runs from danger. As they hide their chemistry sizzles, what happens next is a romance story that will keep you at the edge of your seat until the end. I enjoyed all the twist in the storyline and the HEA.

A simple favor!. Oh My Gawd!!! This book was so good. Cora delivered something for her boss to Griffin and next thing you know they are immediately drawn to one another. Griffin is an Alpha in every sense of the word. While trying to help a friend, Cora finds herself in a bit of trouble. She is unsure who to trust. She wants to trust Griffin but is a little hesitant. Cora has a lot of decisions to make!. I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.

An Exciting & Thrilling Romantic Suspense! Amazing Story & Narration🎧. S.M. West continues to wow me with another exciting and thrilling romantic suspense, the story grabbed my attention right from the start and held it hostage for the entire book. The characters are realistic, easy to relate to and connect with, they are easy to care about too. Cora went on an errand to drop off a package at a frat house, but she got more than she bargained for, witnessing a murder and then getting made. She winds up running for her life and ducks in to a local bar, where a stranger jumps in to help her. Griffin was in that bar working an assignment and when he saw she was in trouble so he helped her get away and brought her to safety. Cora did not know what was going on, who was after her, or how much trouble she was in. Griffin, with the help of his resourceful partner, was going to look in to her and check out her story. He is not sure if she is on the up and up and if he could trust her. It does not take long to learn that there is a connection between the case he was working on and the people who are after her. And for every move they make, the bad guys are not far behind. I thought these two were great together and for each other, the chemistry between them is sizzling hot and explosive when they finally give in to it. There are a lot of layers to this cleverly plotted story, and I loved watching them unfold and how it all played out, the drama, angst, action, twists and turns, thrilling suspense, heartfelt emotions, and the steamy romance. S.M. West, thank you for another amazing story and emotional rollercoaster ride. 🎧📚🎧 And for the amazing narration, Sarah Puckett and Jacob Morgan are the perfect cast to bring these characters and their story to life. They had a complete understanding of the characters they portrayed, gave each a voice that was fit their character’s persona and were believable in every role they played. Sarah Puckett knocked it out of the park as Cora grasped her strength and bad@ssery, and Jacob Morgan nailed it as Griffin. Both were great performing the roles of the secondary characters too. They set the perfect tone for the story, captured all the character’s emotions and projected them into their performance and had you feeling every single one. These entertaining storytellers are versatile voice artists and a pleasure to listen to. Thank you for another amazing listen.

Action packed captivating read. This is the first time I am reading this author and I was truly blown away by the plot and the writing style. This is a captivating heart pounding suspenseful story which keep you hooked with all the suspense, twist and turns and steamy moments. The story got me hooked from the first page with the plot and well developed characters and kept me totally engrossed and engaged throughout. I was totally at the edge of my seat while reading this story. Loved Cora and Griffin’s characters. It might be my first read from this author but definitely won’t be the last. Can’t wait to read more books by the author. A must read.

4 1/2 Stars for this action-packed romance. This book had me on the edge of my seat right from the first chapter. The twists and turns had my head spinning. I felt so sorry for Cora ... she had a horrible childhood ... her mother is the worst! But she chose to rise above it and try make herself a normal life. Cora is a little spitfire that never gives up. Then there's Griffin ... he's a protector through and through. When Cora entered his world, he felt this overpowering need to protect her. The chemistry between them is off the charts ... almost melted by iPad. Although this is part of a series, it can be read as a standalone. This is a great addition to the series and I can't wait for Zero's book next. Cora witnesses a murder and then she is on the run for her life. Griffin sees Cora enter the bar and there's something about her that stirs him inside. He can tell she's in trouble and decides he's going to help her. But the murderer seems to find them no matter where they go, so Griffin calls his business partner (Zero) to help. Then the game of cat and mouse begins. Intense and Passionate!. This is the fourth book in the Scarred Hearts series, an interconnected standalone series by S.M. West. Griffin and Cora's story is intense, passionate, action packed, and suspenseful, filled with mystery, and unpredictable twists and turns. The storyline is enthralling. I enjoyed it. I love this series!

Intense. This story was intense, dramatic, and suspenseful throughout the whole book. It starts off with a bang and keeps going. Cora does a favour for her boss and it doesn’t turn out how it was suppose it. She ends up fighting for her life and runs into an unlikely saviour Griffin. He was in the right place and the right time and something draws him to Cora. Can these two unlikely people survive what’s coming for them.
