Okay. The story is okay. I should have taken notes because of all the twists and turns.
The Tourist. A little too involved and a little slow at times, but an engaging story.
Exciting. Good book. Was never boring. Read it in a few days. Wish the ending could’ve been a little happier. Also, Stephanie seems smarter than what you’d expect from a 5-year-old.

The Tourist. I'd always enjoyed writers like Ludlum, etc., but this tale makes Ludlum look one-dimensional. Here is all the excitement, action, and spy-thrills of traditional espionage novels, but also an added depth of the psychological, the mind game behind the spy game. The plot twists are thinking-person's plot twists, and the plot avoids cliches. What would be the "big reveal" in another novel is just the point when this novel really gets going. This is chess, not Stratego.
