Man In The Water by Jon Hill Book Summary

An attempted murder.
A missing spouse.
And an international conspiracy that could change the world.

Jack Green has always been skeptical of so-called facts. Though he's forced to confront the reality about his wife's recent cancer diagnosis, he puts his own needs aside to make the best of what may be their last vacation. But he's shocked to be rudely awoken in his stateroom, abducted by masked men and thrown off the cruise.

Plucked from the ocean's cold grip of death, he fears the worst when he learns his spouse has disappeared. But when he returns home to find his mother-in-law and son missing, his frantic search reveals a staggering secret he refuses to believe... until someone tries to kill him.

Can Jack uncover the conspiracy surrounding his family before the next attempt on his life succeeds?

Constant action. I really enjoyed the pace of this book. Interesting and exciting without fluff and filler. Iā€™ll try more of this series!

Man in the Water. This was so hard to put down. Enjoyed the language of Jack Green.

Man in the Water. this book was so good, some sexual references, no heavy gore, super suspenseful but the ending was abrupt!

The men under the water. I like this book very entertaining interesting story and engaging.

Man in the water. This book doesnā€™t end. Just moves onto next book

10/10. this book is literally so good, so mysterious and confusing lol but definitely one of my favorite books i have ever readšŸ«¶šŸ¼šŸ«¶šŸ¼

Man in the Water. A disturbing read with whatā€™s going on in our world today.

Good read, flat ending. I enjoyed mostly every page, every chapterā€¦ Very interesting plot and twists! However, a little disappointed with the ending. I understand these are series books, but wish the last few pages closed this ā€œchapterā€ a little bit better.

Man in the water. Donā€™t waste your time..

Good read. Read it!

Man in the water. I enjoyed this book. It took twists and turns... wasn't at all predictable...was full of suspense...not gory.

Cold war novel. Very exciting novel of cold war politics in modern times. KGB swerves to SVR and other divisions do similar. Seems an appropriate time to investigate things of that nature viewing current headlinesā€¦

Man in the Water. Really enjoyed this book. Many emotional swings and a real page-turner!

Utter twaddle. Donā€™t waste your time

Boring and predictable. I had to force myself to complete this book. It was ridiculously far fetched and at least I donā€™t have to buy the next book which is a continuation of the story! What a waste of my time.

Man in the water. You are off on a romantic cruise with your wife, while mum in law baby sits. So far so good- then thrown overboard by masked men. Wife no where on board, and when he gets home, his house is empty, his son and m.i.l have disappeared. His nightmare has only just begun. His sweet, gentle wife didnā€™t exist, it was all a cover, but where are they. He needs to find them both to make sense of the past, and if he even has a future. Will the CIA help him, or believe he is part of the plot.

Man in the Water. Very intriguing and fast paced. Plus, a real thinker! Made you go over events and see things in a very different light.

Great story & great read. Thoroughly enjoyed - when you think you have figured it out ā€¦ another unexpected twist in the plotā€¦ loved it

Good read!. I enjoyed the mix of humour and conspiracy theory/spy story! Also that the hero was believable, relatable and realistic. Interesting ideas on theology and history and real world conspiracies (can we just call them theories now?)
