The Greatest Series Ever. this book, let alone the entire series, will have you on edge and re-reading 15 times over. this will forever be an all-time favorite.
Amazing. I've read the sample and it's quite interesting. It makes me wonder what the real book would be like. But I still don't understand why Christopher and Cathy were kissing, they're family and that seems completely wrong.
A suspenseful sequel to a major horror classic!. I found Flowers in the Attic to be a great read when I finally got around to reading it YEARS after I had seen the 1987 movie. I already knew there were sequels, but the only ones I was aware of at the time were Petals on the Wind, If There Be Thorns, Seeds of Yesterday, and a prequel called Garden of Shadows. These are also the only other books I’ve read by V.C. Andrews. And they’re the only ones I ever WILL read. I DO recommend the series, though, even if, like me, you only read these books. Petals on the Wind does a great job of kicking off V.C. Andrews’ efforts to continue the story with its chilling plot about Cathy’s growing obsession with revenge. This book features suspense, terror, drama, and romance, plus a truly gratifying conclusion for fans of the first book. Yes, I highly recommend it! Even if you like Lifetime’s chilling movie franchise, including the suspenseful adaptation of this book, I still really found the book to be much better, even though the movie was very faithful. Read it! You’ll like it!
Loved it. The ending gave me goosebumps. I loved it. Can’t wait to read the next one.
It’s good. I’m just mad. She made some terrible decisions all in the name of avoiding or running away from the exact “place” she ended up being in. Maybe it took all of that for her to finally accept the truth but I’m still mad about it (that’s the only reason it’s 4 stars instead of 5).
👌. After seeing the lifetime movie I had to check out the book...I legit fell in love! I bought all the books from this series and I'm half ways on this book. This book is way better the first one. It just keeps on getting better and better👌 can't wait for May to see this movie on lifetime 😍
Good but .... This edition is riddled with typos. I hardly doubt the real novel is like this, however, beyond that, the book is excellent.
Petals on the wind. It is one of her best books yet.
Never boring.... Love this book, and all the books out of this series... Never boring, just the right amount of twisted-ness. I can read it over and over... 5 stars!!!
Who typed this?!. The typos, spelling, & grammar in this ebook are terrible. Whoever copied this from the original should be ashamed.
Petals on the wind. This was better than the first one
Typos galore!. I read all of these book when I was much younger and fell in love with each and every one of them. For some reason no one took the time to proof read this copy as it is filled with typos!!!!! It's absurd! It doesn't impact the story but it's annoying that it was published like this!

Exceptional. This was a great story, following straight on from flowers. It's so sad when you reflect on what they went through. Story well told.
Excellent!. The story is faultless. This is the 6th time I have read the series. BUT the electronic form of this book particular is horrid. Too many spelling mistakes to count and what was with the dollar signs $$$ to replace words? Shocking.
Petals on the wind. Read it when I was about 13 and re-read it at 39. Great book, full of twists & turns.
Disappointing. After Flowers in the attic, I expected more. This was unfortunately predictable and (I think) poorly written. Stick with Flowers and leave the rest of the story to your imagination!
Petals on the Wind. Good - I was still hooked but more because the "Flowers in the Attic" had set up this novel and it's characters so well. This was really not as well written as "Flowers"(which was written by a ghost writer). This book is very poorly edited.

A great series. Read this series in high school and never could wait for the moment to read the next book.
Great. The saga gets more and more interesting!

Never had I cried while reading a book and this book moved me to tears. It makes you feel every emotion possible. Absolutely a series I will remember all my life. A must read for all story lovers!!
