Helsreach. Awesome book. I'm a long time Black Templar player and this book grabbed me right in. When you get to the speech on the wall as the horde approaches get ready to be pumped up. Great read 5 stars for me. :D

Amazing. Aaron Dembski-Bowden is an amazing writer, and this book is one of his best. The level of detail and the emotions he evokes in the small book is absolutely stunning.

Black Templars!!. This book is fantastic, as with all the Black Library Battle Novels it starts fast and hard with the action with very little let up, it's war and you will feel like you are in the center of it. Great for Black Templar lore or fluff as it is called by the Games Workshop hobbyist. If you don't have any idea what warhammer 40k is all about this book might be a bit much, not much in description to build the era and back story but still a very solid read!

Absolutely amazing. A great book, the characters, though not extremely developed, get attached to you and you mourn the loss of everyone of them. Excellent read
