Great family series. Four and a half stars Save Me is the fourth in Samantha Chase’s Donovans series. Ryleigh Donovan is fed up with her mother’s relentless matchmaking and has decided she needs to put a stop to it. Ryker, a hot, tattooed guy who is typically not her type, offers to help her out. Little does she know that he’s exactly the right guy for her… Samantha Chase’s fake relationship-turns-real story is terrific. Ryleigh discovers that not only is Ryker a great guy, he’s considerate and encouraging in just the right ways. She’s all too delighted to discover that maybe they’ve got some real feelings building… Ms Chase’s characters are engaging and warm, and the storytelling captivating. The Donovans is a great family series!

Looks are Amazing. Matchmaking has been nightmare for Ryleigh Donovan since her mother, Kate, has made it her mission in life to find her daughter the perfect boyfriend and husband. Ryleigh decides she needs to find a fake boyfriend to get her mother to stop setting her up with unwanted dates. Ryker Masella has tried to date Ryleigh for months, but Ryleigh totally ignores his advances until the last encounter and verbal argument with her mother. She decides to date Ryker a few times to discourage her mother and teach her mother a lesson on interfering in her life. To Ryleigh’s surprise, fake flirting and dating, quickly turned to real feelings and emotions. This is a fun loving romance that involves admitting to their feelings, becoming aware of past experiences, plus dealing with siblings, parents, and living in a small town. Beautiful story and amazing characters and family dynamics make this a 5 star book! Loved it!

Tattoos on her heart!!. Ryleigh and Ryker are a GREAT couple!! Unfortunately, Ryleigh needs to be convinced and that’s when the fun starts. Ryker sets out to show Ryleigh that he’s not just a tatted bad boy but a sweet romantic who has been crushing on her since he came to town. This story was fun, romantic and sexy with some great banter and family drama. From the first paragraph to the last I couldn’t stop reading.

Loved Ryleigh and Ryker. Save Me is the 3rd book in The Donovan’s Family Saga but can be totally read as a standalone. Nothing like a small town, opposites attract, faking dating, bad boy and rebellious heroine to keep the pages turning. Loved the family banter, the dysfunction, and getting updates on the other siblings. Save Me gives us Ryleighs love story with Ryker. Ryleigh is tired of her mom and family obsessing over her love life. To prove them wrong she fake dates Ryker, who is recently new to Laurel Bay, but gives off the bad boy vibes. But little does she know Ryker proves them all wrong. He’s understanding, stands up for her, reads her so well, but also opens himself to more than just a fake relationship with Ryleigh. Now he just needs make her see that there is more to them than a fake relationship. Loved seeing Ryleigh find herself through this book. They both have their insecurities but lean on each other for strength. Great short into in Charm Me which will be Jamie’s story and we got a short Novella on Ivy. Great read!

Love, true love. Ryker and Ryleigh❤️❤️❤️ Ryleigh has been my favorite Donavan sibling since book one. She is funny, sarcastic, kind and all in for her siblings. She also has broken my heart with how she feels and gets treated by her mom in these books. Ryker has been mentioned in the other books, but now we get to know both in more depth and see their relationship develop! The premise of a fake relationship is a fun theme, but these two take a whole new level of how they approach it through their humor and Rykers openness about his true feelings from the start. The tattoo angle was fun and I loved the dynamic it gave to his personality and what it showed about stereotypes. The family was more present and had a lot of “come to Jesus” conversations which I loved! The uncle and Jamie had a lot of moments which has me hoping for their stories as well! Creative, caring and full of emotions I loved this couple and story!

Opposites attract. In this third installment of the series, which you do not have to read prior to this book, but I highly recommend it as they are all great, we get Ryleigh and Ryker. I would say this is like opposites attract. He’s not the normal type she usually goes for. He’s been asking her out for months and after many miserable dates by her meddling mother she asks him to date her as a her fake bf. I love how some stories they both fall in love over time, but this one he’s already liking her and she’s the one that’s late to the game and needs to catch up. Great book to the series. I received this ARC through the publisher and I am voluntarily reviewing this book, opinions are my own.

Ryker❤️. Ryker is without a doubt my favorite character of this whole Donovan series! Honestly, there were times when I felt that Ryleigh definitely did not deserve him. He continually showed just how much he cared for her by letting her take the reins in this “pretend“ relationship. Ryleigh can be a bit of a steamroller, and in most cases, I understand why. She has to be to put up with mother Kate Donovan, who I must say, was really a lot less “Kate“ in this book that she has been a previous ones. It almost makes one like her, lol. They were definitely an interesting pair, surprisingly alike, despite their outward differences. And I’m not just talking about appearances. Ryleigh is very reactionary, snarky, and occasionally in your face. Ryker is just very laid-back and relaxed, except when we see his inner turmoil over, not only his relationship with Riley, but what he wants to accomplish with his “secret project”. I’m not gonna ruin that part of the story, hence, my vagueness, lol. Samantha Chase knock this one out of the park for me. It’s definitely my favorite one of the series and I can’t wait to read the next book. 4.25 stars rounded up because of Ryket and Ms. Chase herself.

Enjoyable. Save Me was a well written story that ticked a number of boxes for me. This is web designer Ryleigh Donovan and tattoo artist Ryker Masella’s story and it was an entertaining read. It was good to be back in Laurel Bay and it was entertaining to watch the push and pull dynamic as Ryker and Ryleigh’s story evolved. Ryker has been attracted to Ryleigh for ages despite her continual rejections. On paper they should not work but they do and it was fun to watch Ms.Chase bring these two together. The other Donovan’s did what they do best and poked their noses into the relationship and that made for some fun. Determined to stop her mother’s unrelenting quest to match make, Ryleigh asks Ryker to pretend to be enter into a fake relationship with her. Of course we all know what happens when fake becomes real? As their feelings develop, will it bring them together or pull them apart? What happens when secrets are revealed? One click and find out?

Ticked my boxes. 4.5 Stars for Save Me ( The Donovans #3) I love my visits to Laurel Bay and this time it’s web designer Ryleigh Donovan and tattoo artist Ryker Masella’s story. I was drawn and captivated from the first few pages and there was no putting down until I had read the final line. Ryleigh us fed up with her mother meddling in her life and to stop her fixing her up she asks Ryker to fake date her. But it’s not long before feelings come into play so what happens when fake becomes real and when secrets are revealed. Will this make this couple stronger or will it tear them apart…… This book ticked my boxes, It’s an entertaining read, it has great characters and you also get to catch up with all the Donovan clan because they can’t stop meddling when it comes to one of them starting a relationship. I smiled, I swooned and I giggled as I caught up with the clan and I’m looking forward to what’s to come.

Once again, the Donovan siblings are front and center: Liam and Tessa, Patrick, Jamie, Arianna, Arianna and Will, and their parents Kate and Shane Donovan, and uncle Ronan. SAVE ME is a story of family and relationships but more so on dysfunctional family dynamics. Kate Donovan, the family matriarch, is unable to let go or cut the proverbial cord. Her constant interference in her children’s lives is driving a wedge between members of the family, so much so, that some, including our story liner heroine begin to distance themselves from the mother they love. Often unlikeable, Kate Donovan struggles to stay out of her children’s lives.The premise is engaging and inviting; the characters are dynamic; the romance is passionate and seductive.

5 Stars for this laugh-out-loud sweet romance!. I absolutely LOVED Ryker and Ryleigh! I love Ms Chase's style of writing ... the banter is so realistic, especially between the Donovan siblings. There were times I was laughing so hard there were tears running down my face. I want to live in Laurel Bay with them! The chemistry between Ryker and Ryleigh is off the charts ... HOT! I highly recommend this wole series and I can't wait for the next book. Ryker was just passing through town and stopped at Donovans Pub, but when he saw Ryleigh Donovan ... he decided to stick around for awhile. For the last six months he has asked Ryleigh out several times and each time she shot him down. Ryleigh's mother has been relentless in trying to find Ryleigh a husband by setting her up on dates with guys that don't interest her in the slightest. So, Ryleigh decides that she needs a fake boyfriend to get her mom off her back ... and Ryker is in the right place at the right time. They agree on fake relationship, but Ryker is hoping that Ryleigh will see the light so they can date ... for real.
