Amazing!. I needed to take a full day off work just to read this book! It was such a great mystery and had me down to the last chapter trying to figure it out!

He’s back? You mean DGS is back!!!. I’m am absolutely thrilled with this new series by Denise Grover Swank! It was everything that I needed and wanted! This book will draw you in from page one and you will have devoured it before you know it. Harper is amazing and I’m over the moon that James Malcom and even Carter Hale are back in the game. The only flaw is that now I must wait for book two!

Good mystery!. Denise does it again with her well written mystery! We meet Harper who is a disgraced ex-detective. She ends up in our old friend from The Rose Gardner series James Malcolms bar. The story keeps you wanting more and guessing who you can trust. Definitely worth the read!

How I missed James Malcolm! What initially appears to be a slow-paced start soon evolves into an incredible read as the plot thickens and the mystery deepens. Denise Grover Swank skillfully weaves a web of suspense, keeping readers on the edge of their seats and constantly guessing the next twist and turn. Little Girl Vanished is an incredible read that will leave you eagerly turning the pages, yearning for answers, and emotionally invested in the characters' journey. Little Girl Vanished. This is a really good book. I love Denise’s flawed characters. Love that she is back writing her books herself. She is my favorite author and will start reading her books again now that it is only her writing them again.

Great entry to Lone County Arkansas. I loved loved loved more with James Malcom. Harper is a great strong character with plenty of flaws, love it!

Wow!. This book did not disappoint…I can’t wait for the next one!

So good. If you’re an OG Rose Gardener fan then you might’ve been like me and got a little nervous to hear about the return of the infamous James Malcom. This book started out with tough criticism and high expectations from me, being a huge Skeeter fan. With that being said, WELL DONE! I’ve missed James and I am looking forward to seeing more of him. As always Denise knocks it out of the park with another FMC. Harper is unlike any character she’s written and I really like her! I’m looking forward to her character development. Because even as a hot mess I love me some Harper Adams! This book had the right amount of twists and turns. It will leave you wanting more without cursing you with a major cliff hanger or book hangover *pun intend with the hangover reference* ;). I received a free copy of this book and am voluntarily leaving a review.

No cliffhanger ending. This is the first book in a new series and I loved how real and flawed the main character, Harper, is. She and the other supporting characters could be any other person I know in real life. I liked how the murder in her past and the current situation are intertwined. It keeps you wondering what is going on, and I also really like that we find out at the end how it’s all related. The next one in the series doesn’t release for another 6 months so you don’t have to wait to find out the main mystery; but there’s lots of interesting things and people you want to follow up on that aren’t wrapped up, too. Great story!

Little. Girl. Vanished. She was a detective after killing a person, her partner and plus turned on her. A stellar career of 14 years, now with doubts from herself and the police deptarment who didnt believe her. Her mother's words shocked her, another kidnapping. The mother had been her deceased sister, best friend, when she had been taken. Now it's her daughter.. Her mother never could understand why she had choose this career. I liked this book it felt real of what the mother and daughter thought. Her instint and training are needed. Start of a new series and looking forward to more by the author. Amazing!. James is back! I’m so excited! He’s a character from the Rose Gardner series, you must read them all as i have done. Now we have Harper in this book and she is an amazing person. Harper has a few things she needs to get under control. Although it wasn’t intended James and Harper team up and made for an interesting read. I love this new series so far!

Another hit outta the park!. As per the norm…excellent read from DGS! I didn’t know how much I’d missed Skeeter Malcom until Denise gave him back to us. Cannot wait to see how everything plays out and new characters meld with old. If you’re on the fence about whether to read a book from Denise Grover Swank wait no more- jump on it right now!

Write more. Loved this book. I have read all of her other mysteries an love them all.

Little Girl Vanished. If you haven’t read any of Denise Grover Swanks books this is a must read! I was a James fans in the Rose Gardner series and I’m still a James fan. So happy that he is back and in action. Can’t wait for the next book!

Little Girl Vanished. Another fantastic read and a great start to a new series by Denise Grover Swank. Harper is another strong female but is at rock bottom, having to leave a career she loved and moving back to her hometown that holds many painful memories. She finds herself using her detective skills to solve a kidnapping that is similar to her sister’s over twenty years ago. She finds herself reluctantly needing to pair up with a former criminal boss, James (Skeeter) Malcolm. There are many twists and turns and just as soon as you KNOW you have it figured out, something else happens. I look forward to many more books and to see how Harper can grow, change and find her self worth.

So good!. So many twists and turns, I couldn’t figure out who kidnapped Ava until the end, so well done! Denise has her groove back! Can’t wait for the next one.
