Very well written!. Unreal plot.
Slow, plodding, ugh. The author moves the story along at the speed of smell and can barely contain her dislike for men in general. Almost all the male characters have major flaws, whether they are drunken louts, drug-using educators or father-figures gone bad….she treats them all like she has major daddy issues….no thank you.

Great series. Would recommend this book and the author couldn’t put the book down.
Shame about the inconsistencies. I’ve enjoyed this series but having just re read all of them the errors and inconsistencies in the details has spoiled them for me. From the age of her father to a Chief Constable who is suddenly a Superintendent, not to mention time lines and lesser characters who change age, name and place in the plot I find waiting for these mistakes too distracting. Suggest better editing and proofing. What a shame as the earlier books were quite addictive.
Great read. Rachael Lynch and Kelly Porter just keep getting better and better . The terminology used and the knowledge of police process is amazing and really makes the book stand out alongside a gripping story line
