A Fan. I loved reading the real life of Elvis. I feel I really got to know him through Gingers experience. I felt tears and happiness, anger and fright while Elvis lived in his bedroom. What a different life, I couldn't imagine trying to adapt to that. Over all it held my attention and I really enjoyed it.

Elvis and Ginger. This book is a DISGRACE. I would NOT give it ONE STAR,but that is the ONLY CHOICE I HAVE.

Great book. I Loved reading this book, a page turner!

elvis and ginger. This was a quick, easy read. Very simple and to the point. I think it was great to hear Gingers side of things in the whole mythology of Elvis. I couldn't imagine being 20 years old in the middle of all that! Not a masterpiece, but very poignant.

Amazing. This book made me feel as if I was there with them. Living ever moment. I felt what ever emotion the characters felt. I would most definitely read again.

Reader. Sad book. Was Ginger writing about her brief time with Elvis or promoting her career? Not sure Elvis loved her or just wanted company so he wouldn't be alone.

Classy book by a classier lady.. Great read that details many events during the last year of Elvis' life. Ginger and the entire Alden family brought a joy, laughter and love to Graceland during that time. I recommend this book!

Outstanding read. A very non biased point of view by the author Ginger. We’ve heard everyone else’s prospective but, this one seems to be the most possible and accurate in my opinion. Very difficult to put this book down, I read it in just two days. Thank you Ginger for sharing your experience with Elvis and shedding light on things that have been left unmentioned. Highly recommend this book to anyone who is an Elvis fan. Very classy lady with tons of integrity and courage.

Elvis and Ginger. Being as big of an Elvis fan as anyone could be since as far back as I could even remember, I consider this one of my favorite books I've read about Elvis. It gave me the feeling that I was right there experiencing all of the details that Ginger described of her time with Elvis. Most importantly, it really changed so many opinions that I incorrectly had and almost feel guilty for having about Ginger. So many exaggerations and untruths that I had heard for so many years by people close to Elvis made me only able to form the opinion I had. Now that I am able to hear Gingers side I truly believe in the saying "There's two sides to every story". I only wish Ginger wrote the book many years ago, I feel her reputation deserved to be what I now see her as, a young woman caught up in an unimaginable whirlwind love affair impossible for anyone to compare any of their own relationships to and handled it better than most, while at the same time being a loving fiancé to the most famous person in the world.

Elvis and Ginger. I have heard a lot of stories about Ginger, some not so nice. But, after reading this book , I have a whole new respect for her.. I believe that Elvis truly loved her and she loved him. I would recommend this book to anyone not just Elvis fans.. Even though I am a huge one! Great book.

A wonderful love story. Ginger sat in front of me in homeroom in 9th grade. She was so beautiful. She was shy and quiet. What a great book to share with the world the truth about the last year of Elvis’ life.

Recommend!. Nice to read something true-Elvis fans already knew about Elvis; a kind, gentle man, and finding what appears to be a lovely young lady madly in love with Elvis and likewise Elvis adoring her too. I enjoyed reading their story.

Must read!. Raw, realistic and finally a true representation of Elvis and his reality. Thank you Ginger for sharing the intimate details of your journey with him. Your strength is inspirational and it saddened me that what could have been was no more.

Ginger and Elvis. Very insightful and interesting. A glimpse into an amazing life. I couldn't put it down. Well done miss Alden. A true lady.

An Interesting Read. Better than I thought it would be, never lost interest. Felt bad for Ginger-they couldn't get rid of her fast enough after Elvis died-she was booted out within hours, must have been so humiliating.

9 Month GF. The Alden family are not good people. They harass people who point out that every time Ginger tells a story, she tells it drastically different. Elvis never should have dated her. Don't buy this book, read up on Ginger first to hear the truth. She was a gold digger.
