Exo. He pushes the boundaries of his motif in a logical direction: Space. An adventure unlike any other as Cent tries to start her own space program, while facing down demons from the past. His writing style has matured significantly from his previous books, most notably leaving out his personal political jabs. His use of foul-language also improved and doesn’t feel as awkward. He waxes...engineer in places, but these portions can be skimmed without detracting from the story. They can also be carefully read and digested which adds to the space theme. I’ve read it 4 or 5 times and enjoyed it the most of his jumper series.

Gould went full Sci-fi.. I feel like I have just been through a grad-level class on orbital mechanics and spacesuit design. The amount of research that must have gone into the book is staggering. As I’m a space nerd, I’m a bit biased but for me this was absolutely the most enjoyable book in the series. It’s amazing how far Gould’s been able to expand the simple teleportation premise from Jumper over the course of the series. Here’s hoping he keeps going.

loved the orbital mechanics. this book combines incredibly realistic orbital mechanics and aerospace engineering with a dash of science fiction. I love this book. Just buy it already.
