Kept all my attention. This book kept me wanting more... Wow very good book

Horrible!. I couldn’t even finish the book. The descriptions were off as well as the dialogue. It was so inconsistent. Then the whole wolf thing.. that just didn’t seem right. I feel like the author had known clue on how to properly research creating a black character. I could go on about what was wrong in this book. I’d give this book no stars if I could. If you listen to the reviews saying this book was good then that’s saying a lot. Good luck.

Horribly written. I barely even know where to begin. I had to look this author up on Google to try and see "who" wrote this. The plot line skips ahead like Jones was in a rush. I often would backtrack while reading in order to see if I had missed something. Things like introductions were simply left out. The dialogue was EXTREMELY forced. The story had several grammatical errors. Some of them I could tell were purposeful to make the "black" characters seem ill versed and uneducated. After reading this short story I couldn't help but to feel insulted. I love when writers take more time for research in order to produce depth with their characters. This writer obviously did not take any time. JJ Jones just threw something together with this short story. I want to try and read something else from this writer to be fair to her overall work, however as of yet, I am completely turned OFF to her other pieces. I wish I could give a negative star rating.

Who wrote this?. I didn't even finished the first chapter and was highly disappointed. Did an African American right this? If so shame on her. Not all black people use slang. Did she not take the time to review her work for errors. This is really thrown together and underdeveloped characters. Why is the sex scene so rushed. I thought twilight sucked but this here needs some serious work to even get up to its level.

Different. Wasn't sure what I was going to get when I downloaded the book however there were some interesting nuances about the male character. It held me until his issues came to light.

Yikes. I’m not sure who wrote this but they should never write for black voices ever again. The dialogue was absolutely cringeworthy and it made me wonder if the author ever had a real conversation with a black person or if they just based the dialogue off of what they’ve seen on TV. I finished it. Barely.

Average intrigued. I read books very similar to this and this was just a little more shades of grey good. I do like shifter romance.

Surprised. A good twist!

Awesome book. Well written, good flow, storyline developed over each chapter. The characters had great chemistry & kept me captivated. The love scenes were incredibly steamy!
