Loved it!. I really enjoyed the story, the characters, and the humor. I couldn't put it down.

Sexually Harassing Women in Their Workplace is Not Romantic. I love me some alpha males but I could not STAND this a-hole “hero.” Maybe it’s because I know too many women who actually work in PR agencies and have heard too many very real stories about women being forced to tolerate sexual harassment EXACTLY like what happens in this book. What kind of psychopath thinks it’s appropriate to tell an agency he will only hire them if they put a woman on the account he plans to bone. What kind of monster puts his hand under a woman’s shirt the second he meets her IN HER WORKPLACE. What kind of guy traps a woman in an elevator who is visibly terrified of him and who’s job he has control over, has told him no she is not interest repeatedly, traps her against a wall and touches and propositions her. And this girl’s boss!! Basically tells her she has to entertain this guy and go along with the sexual harassment or she will be fired. This is not a fun fantasy this is real. This exact thing happens to real women at agencies ALL THE TIME and this is NOT sexy alpha male behavior. It’s horrifying and abusive. Only got through 13%. Kept waiting for someone to call this guy out or him to get some kind of come upance or a learning moment but it just is getting worse and worse. Could not stand to read this girl falling for this guy after that elevator scene where she could not have been more clear that she wanted nothing to do with him and he continued to push her and invade her personal space BECAUSE HE LIKED THE FACT SHE WAS SCARED OF HIM. This story is not romance, it’s horror.

Great read. I'm not sure why a previous reviewer called this book boring. I really enjoyed Ronan's and Annie's story, and there was one plot point that didn't go the way I expected which was a nice surprise. I recommend this book, and the second one in the series which I just finished reading.

I love Penny Reid so.... I just assumed I would like/love this too. I did really like it. Sometimes, I felt off though. *DID ANYONE ELSE HAVE THE WORD SPACING PROBLEM? I changed the font, the size, nothing worked. So maybe it was that added stress, and unnatural flow that gave me that "off" feeling while reading* Because really, these characters were great, they were developed, smart, funny, different, there was no cheating, there was super hot sex, a HEA. IT HAS IT ALL! I pre-ordered The Player and The Pixie

Boring. The book was tedious which is why I couldn't even finish it.

Awesome book. This book is a great read, I couldn't put it down! The characters are very likeable and the plot is not formulaic or overly predictable. The love scenes are fantastic- sexy without being too crude. Loved it! Can't wait for more!
