Delightful book. Highly recommend spending some time with Arthur on his journey through learning new things about himself as he works through his grief from losing his wife of 40 years. It sounds like this would be a depressing book, but it truly isn’t. Arthur is on a quest to learn about the charms on a charm bracelet hidden among his wife’s things when he makes the choice to clean out his wife’s side of the closet. As he learns more about her life before he met her, he begins to wonder if their entire marriage was a lie. Don’t miss this journey.

A Beautiful story!!!. I loved this book! I couldn't put it down until I had read the whole thing to find out what Arthur found out about Miriam's secret life! Wonderful rich characters, touching encounters, a satisfying ending! Just wonderful!!!!

Hard to put down. This book was thoroughly enjoyable. Hard to put down- the first book in a long time that I've had that "problem" with! Loved the characters and plot. Can't wait to read her next one!

Cute story. I really loved this book and how the characters came to life. A story of a reawakening. I would have given 4 stores but there was multiple pages missing at the end of chapters. I counted 5 and then stopped counting. One scene with Dan cut off that I really wanted to read! I have the latest version so not sure what the problem was.

What a "Charming" book!. I thoroughly enjoyed this gem of a book. I really fell for Arthur Peppers and wanted him to be able to find the answers to each charm. I loved watching his transformation with each discovery. I highly recommend this book!

New Author, Great Story. This book was such a treat to read. It's been a long time since I stayed up until 3 am to finish a book. This one is worth the sleep deprivation I will have to cope with in a few hours.

A little too long, but very worthwhile. Really deserves 4.5 stars from me. Partly a lovable quirky character story, part mystery, part late-life reawakening story, this novel held my interest until the last 20%, when I started to kind of wish it would wrap up. But if you need a little humor in your life, a little hope or a reminder of how precious life is I would recommend this book. I liked it well enough that I’m going to try another book by this author.
