Cash Flow Quadrant. Overall I liked this book. i started with it because i read some reviews about it. I have a feeling that it is just repetition of his other books with a little more focus on the 4 quadrants. It was helpful overall in getting me motivated. I will do my best to continue down the path and work my way to the right.

Don’t get the hype. Survivor bias. Not grounded in reality. Falsely believes in meritocracy. Might help some, might lead others to go bankrupt, and will lead to the exploitation of others. A lot of motivational stories, little substance. At times factually wrong. Overly confident. It is impressive though that the author manages to make money with this book, I guess that speaks for him. Mediocre writing, but at times entertaining. Excellent insights into the psyche of Trump supporters.
