Amazing. I couldn’t put this book down! It was fantastic! The ending left me hanging, but it was worth it in the end.

BDSM adult romance. This is definitely an adult romance dealing with a genre with which I’m personally uncomfortable. I can’t imagine anyone tolerating or indeed finding love and solace in BDSM! On the other hand it held my attention until the end.

Intriguing. I started reading the iBook sample and when I got to the last page I couldn’t put it down. I downloaded the full version and finished it in 24hours. It was a gripping, entertaining story. I will definitely download the others in this series!

I didn’t think I would like it that much. I didn’t think I would love it, because I hate cheaters, but this book was very good, and she didn’t cheat intentionally at first. I could feel the emotions. They fall in love with each other.

Bedrock. A real page turner! I just wish it didn’t end so soon without a ending. But I can use my own imagination and do a ending. Great job on writing & I would love to read more of your books! August 12 2023 Camie12

Bedrock (book1). I just loved this story. I might actually purchase the next 2 in this trilogy as I simply MUST know what happens!

Britney has talent!. I started with “Around the bend” and wanted to read some more of her work. Just finishing the first bedrock book I can’t wait to start book two (which is downloading now!!)

Ending sucked. Just left you hanging

Great Read!. I could not put this book down until I read it all. I was looking for a happy ending and it just ended. Can’t wait to read what happens next.

Excellent. This is not a mainstream topic and I am definitely a mainstream reader, but this first novel was so very good that I have purchased the second in the series to follow the characters.

Too many variable bogged the story down.. Addie had her life planned out since the age of six. However, with all the planning she could not predict all the uncertainty of life. Addie went on a few dates with Patrick and then he broke up with her. Some time later, Patrick reevaluated his relationship with Addie and asked her to marry him. Addie never questioned the change of heart he had for marrying her when he did not even want to date her for the threat of his parents cutter no him off financially. Addie quickly learned her planned life did not turn out how she expected. Addie did not bask in motherhood like most women. Nor did Addie desire being a stay at home mother. Addie had plans for a career. While Addie struggled with motherhood Patrick was assigned to work in China for one year. Patrick took the assignment without his family leaving Addie to juggle parenthood on her own. Rather than wallow in her grief Addie went back to work and hired a nanny. Penny's character had some very callous remarks in regards to her sons wife. Penny did not like Addie and never approved of Patrick marrying her. Penny knew she was not mother material. Patrick never defended his wife or stood up to his mother. In the beginning, it was easy to understand the appeal Addie had for Patrick. He fit into her long term plans. It was until he traveled to China leaving his family behind did Addie start to doubt her plans and marriage. William was a wealthy businessman who sought Addie. He envied her loving relationship with Patrick and her bond with her children. William saw what her wanted and took without consequence. William preyed upon a weak minded woman who was struggling to find her way in her new arrangement as a mother. This story was all over the place. Too many elements in the story with very little understanding as to why these characters were so flighty. This story led me in one direction and then led me to another. The characters had no emotional attachment. They just accepted these crazy elements as normal proceedings in life. I'm not sure what the intended purpose of this story was only that the characters blamed these choices on boredom. The story had too many variables. The long string of deception was deplorable. The love triangles were disappointing. These characters seemed to insert themselves into the role of father, mother, spouse, lover, or worker when convenient. None of these characters deserved these roles for they had abused the pure definition of what they entailed. When it came time to make a decision all of a sudden her children mattered and all was right in the world. Clarity came in the form of making poor choices.

Captivating!. This book was amazingly captivating! More twist and turns than a roller coaster! Kept me up til the wee hours of the night. Can’t wait to read the next one! This is a must read!

Book 1. Very well done. The similar story line to other main stream reads is easily over looked by the authors clear descriptive vocabulary immersing readers into the world as it unfolds. Very addictive and review worthy.

Great read. This is not the genre I usually read, but was nonetheless thoroughly entertained by it. Brittany’s writing style is such that it keeps the reader glued to the pages. Her character development is superb and creates people with whom we can relate, as well as situations that can be all too real.

Bedrock. Can't wait to read book 2! Love this author!
