Fun Sports Romance. 4.5 stars Wade “The Catapult” Carter is a retired Super Bowl winning quarterback, five and a half years ago, he hired CC as his personal assistant. CC is closing in on the end of her six year contract and cannot wait to quit and start her life over in California. CC has to give the brush off to Wade’s latest conquest, and she has had enough. She lets Wade know that she is quitting. Wade does not want her to quit, so he makes a deal with CC. He will not sue her for breach of contract if she goes with him to his hometown for three months. They agree and go to Credence Colorado, where CC meets his family and gets entangled in Wade’s mother’s scheme to get women to Credence to revitalize the dying town. Wade and CC start to see each other as something other than employer and employee. I loved both Wade and CC and how their relationship developed. I cannot wait for future stories of the hot bachelors of Credence. I was given an ARC of this book from NetGalley for my honest review.

Definitely worth the trouble. Loved it!

Great new series!!. I've loved every one of AA's rugby series so when I read the blurb for this one, I was all over it. Football and small-town? YES PLEASE!! CC is an amazing character and from the very beginning of this story, I was drawn in and wanted to race to the end to see how everything played out for her. Wade is a great character but some of his faults were big for me and I, at times, didn't think he deserved someone as awesome as his PA. Credence is a fantastic town that I would love to visit. I can't wait to see where this series goes and who gets their HEA next!!

Excellent. Excellent ...... love romance books with a sports team

Fun read.. This book starts with a “bang”. The interactions between the main characters is fun. The story got a little long. The two love interests got lost, they circled, smacked together, circled some more. The story is a good read, fun, steam, humor and romance (toward the end). Good, entertaining read.

A charming, heartfelt, delightful romance :). I Simply Adored this Book. The author has given us a funny, romantic, lighthearted storyline that will take you back to simpler times with characters you can truly relate to. Her writing style is witty, charming and simply put dreamy. Kudos Ms. Andrews for a wonderful book that kept my heart happy and my face grinning throughout. Wade Carter is a former Pro Football QB that for all practical purposes has the world by the tail. He’s got money, women and a PA that runs every little detail of his life (yes even down to buying condoms for him). But her contract is about to run out and Wade is desperate to find a way to make her stay on. As for Cecilia “CC” Morgan she is ready to leave now. She finally has enough money to leave Denver and buy her dream home on the beach in California. No more taking care of Wade 24/7. But when CC walks into Wade’s office to give her notice, 6 months early, Wade gets a call from his mother that his dad is in the hospital. Wade needs her and she just can’t say no. But to her dismay, Wade convinces CC to give him 3 months while he helps his family at the farm and his dad recuperates. From here the story takes off. The small town of Credence is dying. There are no single women to be found. Wade’s mother and the town council come up with a plan to bus in women for a weekend to see what the town has to offer. A plan Wade is totally against (because he can just see the paparazzi invasion). But somehow CC gets sucked in by Wade’s Mom and agrees to help. Between this crazy plan, Wade working on the farm getting all sweaty and wear jeans instead of suits, CC, a total city girl, is in purgatory. I can’t recommend this charming, heartfelt, delightful story enough and this reader can’t wait to see what happens next in the small town of Credence, Colorado. 2 Thumbs Up and 5 Stars for a very enjoyable read.

Lol, Entertaining!. I had a smile on my face the entire time! I laughed and giggled, swooned and fell in love, with this adorable story. Brilliantly written. It was a fast and furious read. I couldn’t put it down and didn’t want to. Full of humor, love and amazing friendships. I Loved meeting all of the funny and charming small town characters that added so much to this story. But most of all I loved the dynamics of CC and Wade as they came together. It was Sexy and Sweet and Full of Heat! An Adorable Laugh Out Loud Sexy Treat! I can never get enough of Amy Andrews’ Books. Walking through a beautiful, fun love story. I truly enjoyed the progression of this love story, as well as all of the sweet, sass, and community built in. From the beginning, I did not want to put it down and was a little sad to get to the end.

He is determined to get her to change her mind so he takes her to his hometown of Credence to help him finish his book and finally show her there’s more to their relationship than employer/employee...will the Hail Mary work?? Amusing, light hearted, chemistry, humor, small-town romance and a friendship that moves into something more!

Memories in Time. This book passes the inevitable idea of reading as quickly as available. Two read days completely together is not a disadvantage and in no way unconvincing. A wonderful story.

Nothing but 10 STARS!!!. I received a complimentary copy of this book from NetGalley and I am voluntarily reviewing it. What can I say but I LOVED it! It was hilarious and heart-breaking at the same time. The emotional roller-coaster that I went through was thrilling. I felt so much for Cecilia (CC). She is the P.A. to an ex-pro football quarterback. She has been for 5 and 1/2 years. She is so looking forward to leaving and getting to California that she could taste it. Being the PA to Wade has been rough. She is available to his whims 24/7. It is rough getting up at 3 in the morning to get him his favorite candy and more condoms. She has to take calls from woman after he breaks it off (Wade gives out CC's number not his!) I thought Wade was a big jerk at first. But going to Credence, CO to live under the same roof so Wade can write his book and help out on the family farm, really brings out a different side to Wade. These two have a tumultuous but very hilarious journey to their HEA. The journey was difficult at times to watch but others had me wiping tears from my eyes from laughter. The characters were wonderful and the plot was a feel-good one. I could really imagine the scenes like I was right there in the middle of the action. This book had a multiple POV. It was wonderful to see into different characters' mind to fully relate to them. I really look forward to more of Credence, CO stories. I highly recommend.

Nothing but trouble. Brilliant book, well written

Entertaining Read. 4.5 Stars Amy Andrews is a new author to me but after reading Nothing But Trouble I will certainly be checking out her previous books. CC Morgan has focused on her job and the man she works for former NFL quarterback Wade Carter for the last 5 and a bit years but it’s coming to the end of her six year contract and she can’t wait, she is looking forward to new beginnings and she certainly won’t miss the sending of flowers and explaining to woman why it’s Wade and not them ....... her boss is not looking to settle down and up till now he has left it all to CC to explain once he has loved them and left them. Wade needs to head home to Credence and he insists CC needs to go as well and that’s when the fun and games really begin, this is when Wade realises he can’t be without CC and where CC falls in love with an untrainable puppy and a piglet..... This book has it all. I laughed or should I say snorted out loud (Sorry piglet), I swooned and I loved the residents of the small town of Credence. The characters have depth, the banter flows and I can’t wait to read Wade’s family members and the other residents stories because I’m sure they all have a tale to tell. I really enjoyed this funny read and I recommend it to all lovers of small town romance as well as romantic comedy lovers.

Loved!. I loved this book! The front cover made it look a bit cheesy but I thought I’d give it a go anyway. Well, it wasn’t cheesy and I loved it from start to finish (and had a massive smile on my face at the end..) it’s always nice when everything ends so beautifully! Great story, well written and I also loved how it broke off a few times into his brothers story because throughout the book we get to know him a bit too. Definitely recommend!

Slow burn. It is indeed slow burn but it got there in the end. Well done!!! A lot of things going on, just like the way I love the books I read.

Worst read ever. No storyline No humour No passion

Nothing but Trouble. A Jock with an act. A Woman with no filter. What happens is all business, perfect execution of what every man wants in a PA. Then he goes to live back in his old home town to write a 'memoir'. Only to find out that his mother is on a mission of her own. It has nothing to do with her son, but the town needs it. Every man and woman for themselves. This was a great read for a woman with no filter like me. I am nothing but Trouble ♥️

Good read. Clever and quick-witted. Gave me a hint of Gilmore Girls vibes before they’d even made a reference to it (even though there was no central mother-daughter duo). Suitably steamy scenes. Would recommend (and I don’t recommend much)

Enjoyable. Amy Andrews is a new author to me and I have to ask myself why that is. Cecilia Morgan’s life has been totally focused on the man she works for, former NFL quarterback Wade Carter. However one can only work for someone for so long and when CC finally hands in her notice he is shocked,; he cannot imagine his life without CC. However all that will have to wait as Wade is heading back to Credence due to his father’ sill health and he is determined that CC accompany him. I love cowboys and small town romance and Nothing But Trouble certainly made for entertaining reading. It was amusing to watch Wade and CC dance around the feelings that were developing between them. The secondary characters were great, particularly Wade’s family, and I am looking forward to reading their stories. Thrust into life in a small town, Wade and CC soon find themselves involved in small town gossip. There was humour and fun, little piglets and a whole lot of feel good moments in Nothing But Trouble. I really liked CC although Wade annoyed me at first, he grew on me as the story progressed. I look forward to reading more in the series.

Nothing But Trouble. I really enjoyed this book. It was very well written with something for everyone. The characters were very likeable and it is a well paced book. I highly recommend it.

Good story line, too much filler.. I found the story line enjoyable, BUT found it hard to stay interested as I was practically skimming through 50% of the page to find all the relevant details. I kinda felt like I was reading a school essay with a bunch of filler words to meet her word quota.
