Quick Read with Action and Chemistry. 3.5 star review. The trope of best friend's little sister, a quick read that borders on a novella. For the timeline, this book was just the right length, providing the right amount of detail. The story flowed really well. There's chemistry, a steamy scene (which I would have liked a little more of), some action (of a non-steamy nature), and where the story takes places was a nice change from the setting of Austin. The book is entirely from the hero's perspective and there is something I can't quite put my finger on that didn't sit right with me, maybe a disconnect between characters. Either way it was still a good book. The epilogue sets up for a fifth book in the series.

Sweet, sexy and charming!. Tempting Little Tease by J. Kenner is the 4th book in her Blackwell-Lyon series and can be read as a standalone. This was a brother’s best friend romance that was a quick, sweet and steamy read. Leo’s best friend, Brody, asks him to help his sister by being her fake-fiancé for a wedding where her ex will be attending. Easy enough, for the little sister he remembers, until he actually sees her and the woman she has become. Sam has always been attracted to Leo, could this finally be her chance with him? Though he tries to keep her at arm’s length, their attraction is strong and undeniable.

I loved it. J. Kenner has managed to do it again! I loved Tempting Little Tease, my favorite in the series so far!

After all, he’s know Sam since they were kids- what could go wrong? For one thing, Sam has grown into a beautiful, enticing woman who wants to fulfill her teenage fantasies by having a fling with him. Then there’s also the fact that Sam is hiding a secret agenda for attending the wedding. Is she really there for the reasons she gave or is he being played? This sexy little novella packs a lot of story in a small package. Lust, love & intrigue make for a page turner until the very end.

Tempting, crazy, fun, sexy romance. It is so much fun when a tough guy meets his match in a strong, confident woman. Leo gets trapped into helping his best friend’s sister, Sam, by being her ‘fake’ fiancé at a wedding she has to attend. Now, he knows Sam, she was always around when they were kids but he hasn’t seen her in years. He isn’t prepared for the sexy, confident woman in front of him and knows his promise to Brody to keep his hands off of Sam is going to be hard to keep. Sam is very clever given that she has always had a crush on Leo. Getting him to help her out for the weekend is brilliant and allows her to fulfill the fantasy she has carried for years in her head. Now, will these two follow the sparks and give in to temptation? Or will Leo behave? I enjoyed all the craziness as their weekend unfolded.

So good. Fantastic! Tempting Little Tease is a fast paced, jam packed romance with humor and great writing. Things don’t always appear as they should seam and I absolutely adored this book!

Great short read!. What happens when your best friend asks you a huge favor? You agree...then you find out it’s to help his little sister, and you can’t backpeddle out. What temptation lies when the tagalong little sister grows up into woman & you take notice? You try really hard to keep it to yourself. But...what happens when the little sister tempts you to break your promise to your best friend, and promises not to tell...well things get a lot more interesting. Great read with twists, turns, and steamy scenes!

This will tempt you..... 4.35 stars This is the fourth book in the Blackwell-Lyon series and this is Leo and Samantha’s story. It can be read as a standalone as the pertinent information is included so that the reader understands who the other characters are. This is a combination of falling for brother’s best friend and fake fiancé storyline told with a flair that only Ms. Kenner is able to weave. Samantha is off to her best friend’s wedding but she has two little problems….no escort and her ex is the cousin of the bride. Leo, is Samantha’s brother Brody’s best friend and the person that Samantha has loved for her entire life. Will Leo agree to attend? Samantha makes him an offer that he just cannot refuse. Although Leo knows he needs to keep his distance from Samantha, as Brody will kill him, he cannot resist the pull of the attraction he feels for her. Will Leo act on his feelings? Will Leo risk his friendship with Brody? This is one engaging storyline filled with loveable characters, passion, steam, betrayal, revenge and the love of family. My only comment is that I would have liked more to their story. This is one book that will leave you wanting more. I volunteered to read an advance copy of this book.

Easy read!. Stories of “fake” fiancés or boyfriends are not always my favorite, so I wasn’t sure of this one. Especially since Samantha Watson didn’t seem to be the type who needed that kind of deception and wouldn’t care about what an ex thought. Even the “older brother who warns best friend away” has to be done in a believable way and this one does. I enjoyed the back and forth between Leo and Sam, who knew “Truth or Dare” could be so hot? Makes me wonder who will catch Brody’s heart next.

Short but oh so good. This was a fast quick novella that had me hooked from the start to finish; my only complaint, and it’s not really a complaint is that I would have loved the story to be longer. I really loved the characters of Leo and Samantha and the secondary characters were just as entertaining. It was also great to see some familiar faces popping up. What happens when fake suddenly becomes oh so real? Will Leo be prepared to cross the invisible line of friendship? Or will he retreat and in doing so lose his chance at happiness? Neither of them can deny the sizzling chemistry that sparks between them but is it enough to take the leap? This may not be a long book but it is well written and Ms. Kenner certainly packs a lot into it. One click this one, I don’t think you will be disappointed.

Captivating. This may be a quick read but it still packs a mighty punch and it a story that will captivate you and leave you wanting more, it can be read as a stand-alone although I think you will certainly want to pick up the previous books after reading Leo and Samantha’s story. What happens when you realise the fake relationship you are having has become real and do you risk the friendship you share for the love you feel.... I loved this couple but I also loved catching up with characters from the previous books. The chemistry is sizzling and the characters adorable and as always it’s an extremely well written story that flows. I believe if you take the chance and one click you won’t be disappointed.
