Ugh. Next. I will start by saying that I tend to be a fan of dom/sub books but I didn’t like this one. I don’t like the characters. Gabe cursing at her triggered me. He also wasn’t respectful at all in regards to sex. He just used to her as a convenient hole and she just took it.

Rush. First book I read from Maya Banks, interesting, liked the story of the long time friendship/family/business partners etc. I had trouble with Gabe, I think I liked him better after reading Fever, but in Rush he was most of the time a jerk. That Paris scene was awful, hate it, really, it did not have to be part of the book. It was demeaning nothing sexy, hot about it. I thought dominants only shared with other dominants, why in the hell was he exposing Mia to regular business partners. Also Jace and Ash big hypocrites! I mean, the are also into kink, pain/pleasure stuff, they are dominant but yet they censured Gabe and Mia!

Great book!!!. This book kept me reading! It has a great love story to it and makes you cheer on the couple!

Wow. Incredible Read

Don’t even. I cant even begin how badly I hated this book… so dissapointing I finished the series. this first one is BAD! the second one got slightly better an by the time you where like “meh” the third one came and read the final pragraph and you sit down and realize you just wasted your time on CRAP..

Not much of a rush. No substance to the characters. No excitement if they get together or don’t.

Rush. I very much enjoyed this book!

Ive read better romance books. I thought this was going to be more romantic, less dominant. The dominance in the bedroom went over the top sometimes (but im not one to like a lot of bdsm) it just seemed odd for a woman seems shy to want to sign her life over to a very dominate man. If hes dominant he doesnt want a shy women. He has to make her feel brave first, then he’ll dominate her in the bedroom. it doesnt make sense. The dymamic seemed off. I did read all of it, but the beginning did not intrigue me, i was going to stop reading it because it was just her describing what everybody was thinking and feeling, not a lot of dialogue. It didnt pull at my heart strings after I finished reading it. There were no surprises, meaning that there was no anticipation, building up to find out this one secret(s). All the plots were all mundane. The author described the things as average. Such as she did not go in depth in a lot of parts of the book, instead she just explained it like any average person would. I dont think its worth the price they are selling it for. Sorry but this book was not executed well.

Knock off 50 shades. Constant sex - very little substance

Didn't want to put it down. Even though it gets a little dark and dirty, it still held my interest and kept me captivated with the characters.

I want my $ back. I read the first third of this book and am utterly disappointed. There is no character development or plot development. The transitions are jarring and the story is completely implausible. I regret reading beyond the sample.

Terrible!. Don't waste your time! I can't believe anyone would like this book. Neither character was likable and the scene in Paris was disturbing. Wish I didn't waste my money. The beginning was okay so I bought it. Should have read the reviews first.

Loved it .. Sequels not so much. Gabe a strong sexy millionaire ... Lusting after his best friends baby sister... He was hot, taught Mia a lot and fell for her hard but didn't know how to handle his feelings for her. Mia inexperienced, much younger than Gabe but has had feelings for him for awhile.... Gabe made a mistake in Paris .. He came to terms as to why he made the mistake but still couldn't come terms with his feelings for Mia which lead to some heart break but in the end worked out wonderfully!! Now comes Fever and Burn ... The writer just threw these stories together without any thought... Made the heroes out to be wimps... The heroine for Jace was just a complaining female... She was ridiculous as was Jace ... Maya Banks could have done so much better for Jace.... I so looked forward to Ash's story and again it was a flop then Ms Banks did it again she made Gabe look awful... Ugh .. I was sooo disappointed with the sequels, do not buy them if you don't have too... Go to the second hand store for them ... Rush is the only one worth paying full price!

Amazing. It was a lovely book! I enjoyed every minute of reading this book I couldn’t put it down I read it in two days!

Awesome. As good as fifty shades but with way more sex didn't think that was possible! Hahahah

I haven't read this book.... ....but apparently what happened in Paris was not cool...I'm going to think about this one.

Could’ve been so much better. I was excited when I first bought this book (at $.99, thank goodness), but now that I’ve finished it, I have mixed feelings about it. As exciting as the sex scenes were, I felt like there was so much lacking in character development and the story as a whole. I did not like the male lead, Gabe, at all. He was too entitled, controlling, and abusive for it not to raise any red flags big enough for Mia to just run out the door when everything began. I feel like it’s a good premise that could’ve been done so much better. As long as you’re into sexy stories that you know from the start are not to be taken too seriously, go ahead.

Rush. Idk why a lot of people hated this book. I thought it was pretty good. It wasn’t anything similar to 50 shades. I think it was worth 2.99

By a man for men?. Honestly it took me a year and over five attempts to read this. I like hot and steamy. Who doesn't when they buy this. But this was ridiculous smut. Was it written by a man for men? I thought it had a poor story line and really bad scenes. Read and bought better. Total waste of my time and $$...

Extraordinary Amazing!!!!😱😍🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟. You are going to feel the Rush. It's a great story romance and sexy mix together. I recommend this book one hundred percent I promise you won't regret it. It's worth the money and your time because it's a great book and Maya Banks would be coming one of your new favorite authors.

Horrible. Painful to read, I could not read it to the end. Mai was a very stupid character. I regret downloading the book.

Awful. I used to love maya banks as a writer. Now I am disgusted that I paid for this book! There should of been a disclaimer - BEWARE, there is rape and bondage. I feel violated after reading this book.

Best book I’ve read yet!. I absolutely LOVED the book I had a little reservation at first seeing reviews some said it was a copy of 50 shades but I gave it a chance and it is one of the best books I’ve ever read I just finished it so 3ed night I’m up to 1 In the morning reading it when I’m religiously asleep by 9 lol Even thought I’m only 22 ! Only negative comment is I wanted it longer I didn’t want it to end ! AMAZING BOOK BY AN AMAZING AUTHOR !

Just OK.... It wasn't' terrible, but not great either. Writing is a bit elementary and could use a better editor. Somewhat predictable and repetitive.

Decent. It’s okay. It kinda went too far at some points. But it’s a quick and easy read.

Made me angry!. I did not like the way Mia acted. I don't get it! how a young wealthy woman, can accept to be used wih no right to say no 24/7! I understand the subject of being submissive, but come on! 24/7???? I honestly didn't get why and why!!!!

The Paris incident. Wow. The Paris incident.... Just...wow. I know in the contract, she signed to agree to do whatever Gabe wanted to , but, gosh, with OTHER guys touching her???!!!!!! God No. Just NO. That was sooo wrong

Great Book!!!. Loved this book!! There were a lot of similarities with 50 shades of grey.... But a great read that I could not put down!!!

BEAUTIFUL!. Enjoyed reading Mia and Gabe’s story. Worth the the three dollars I payed. Really looking forward to reading the next two sequels. I saw a lot of reviews saying it was sad and heartbreaking—and that it was a copy of 50 shades of Grey. Those are total lies. This is not one bit remotely close it. I totally recommend reading this beautiful, fun and steamy story.

Trilogy. These books were awesome! I couldn’t stop reading and I got so invested in the books. I read all three books in 3 days! I recommend these books 100%. I wished there were more books continuing this trilogy! You will fall in love with all the characters and will not want to stop reading!

Ok but a bit cheesy. At best I would give this book 2 stars. The story is somewhat similar to Fifty Shades of Grey in that it involves a filthy rich, good looking man who loves S & M and young women fresh out of college. The story was disappointing as it was not only a bit cheesy with the sex details but so very predictable. The author didn't go into any great detail to tell you more about the main characters including but not limited to describing what they physically look like. (ex: eye color, hair, height) Certainly not a book that I couldn't put down until I finished it.

A good read.. This was a good read. I really enjoyed their story. I can't wait to read the next one. I love Ash and can't wait to hear more of him.

Ruuuuusssshhhhhh!. Although I couldn't help but compare it to 50 Shades in the beginning, Rush had its own original storyline and I looooved every minute of it! I was shell shocked towards the end and I couldn't bring myself to finish it but I eventually did and loved the ending.

Could not put it down!. Sexy and addictive. This book was great, looking forward to next two.

Rush. This is the first of Maya's books I've read. Really enjoyed it! Great storyline, loved the characters, Jace, Ash and Mia, but wasn't fussed on Gabe at first, too demanding, but he mellowed in the end and I grew to like him. Cant wait to start Fever 😉

Loved it. At 1st I was a little worried that the story was just a rewrite to 50 shades but quickly realized it was its own story and a great one at that. Definitely tore at my heart strings and made me blush all at the right moments!

Disappointing. I found this book to be disappointing. If you read Fifty Shades, The Crossfire Series and the marriage to a millionaire series, this book sure lacks in many aspects. The characters lack originality as the seems to be a combination of Christian Grey,Gideon Cross and Trey ( from the Crossfire series).
