So good!. I downloaded Summit Lake on audible as one of their freebies and loved it so much, I started reading all of the authors. I’m currently 3 in and they are all so good!!

Riveting. Couldn’t put this crime fiction down! So riveting. Twists and turns. Complexities to the many points of view that draw the reader in. I felt as though I was playing out every scene in my mind like a movie as I read! Definitely reading more from this author!

Fantastic. WOW WOW WOW. thrilling ride on a debut novel. Each page draws you in and grabs your attention. You feel connected to every character throughout the novel and even think about the experiences.

Some Choose Darkness. This was an outstanding book! I really enjoyed reading this! Wow - it makes me think about autism, mental illness, and how much suffering arises from the evil (like “The Thief”) in society. Just one kind act can make the difference between life and death. It had some great twists and turns.

What a Ride. My first Charlie Donlea book, but not my last. I love a book that goes back and forth in time and connects the story. Such an emotional book.

You know when people say “Never saw it coming! Amazing!”. This was truly a book like that. The characters were complex and interesting ; the plot was plausible, unpredictable and an intricate web that left you fully satisfied with the ending. This is a fantastic story. In fact, the best story I’ve read in a very long time.

Good characters. Liked the characters and use of different time periods. Wish there was a bit more build and chapters from the killer in question’s perspective. Good writing and imagery.
