Great Story. If you want a great read of dark romantic suspense then this series is for you and the author is great. You will stay up just to know what happens next, I have a couple of times.

Captivating. This book was captivating. It lured me in right from the get go and never released me until the end. I only took quick breaks because I couldn't stop reading. Love, love, loved these books.

New Favorite. Couldn’t stop reading!

Sole control together. This set has three stories. All in all, they’re all great! The main characters are Enzo and Kai. Enzo and Kai compete to be the sole person of the empire. As they compete against each other, they realize they need each other. Down that road, they also catch feelings. Everything in the book is so raw, The emotion in the book is positively charged. Its all so great. I dont want to go into detail to spoil anything, you’re just going to have to read it! I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.

Absolutely LOVE!!!. I could not put this book down and this book had me hooked from start to finish. The love-hate storyline between Kai & Enzo is one that I can’t get enough of. This book has a bit of everything from love, hate, loss, heartbreak, misery, and we can’t forget the spice either. What can I say, I am a fan and I’m rooting for Kai. This is an addictive series that I can’t wait to find out what happens next!!

I don’t know if I’m going to survive it all. Taken by Lies This book was twisted, dark, and compelling. I opened this book not really knowing what to expect. Having read the prequel, I couldn’t envision where the author was going to take us. At times it was difficult for my sensitive soul to read about what Kai suffered and what she was still experiencing in the aftermath. I felt conflicted knowing Enzo’s desires. In my wildest imaginings, I couldn’t have predicted this twist on Kai and Enzo’s story. But after what we learn in the ending, I’m even more desperate to find out what happens next. Betrayed by Truths I don’t even have the right words to explain what this book just asked me to experience. The truths revealed by this title are heartbreaking. And the emotional anguish Enzo and Kai go through brought me to my knees. All I know for certain is that I need these two together in the end, I’m just terrified of what’s it’s going to take in order to achieve that outcome. Every time I start to read a book in this series, I seem to have conveniently forgotten just how much of an emotional toll the last one took out of me. This was brutal and I was a bawling mess by the time I got to the end. I think the thing that frightens me the most is just how much more of the series there is left to go. The secrets. The double crosses. The heart-wrenching self-sacrifices. I don’t know if I’m going to survive it all. I received a complimentary advanced copy of this book from the author.
