Lost Money 😔. Order in pre-order and when the date finally arrives the format does not open on my ipad, nor on my iphone ... completely disgusted ... They should make sure that it is correct for the users not to go through this. Thank you !

Waste. I preordered this book and couldn’t wait to read it. But when it came out, it’s in the wrong format for iBooks and won’t open. So it was a waste of money. If it’s at all possible, I would love it to be updated so I could read it. Thanks. Namaste.

Does not work. I would love to rate this book higher, but it isn’t formatted correctly and will not load at all. Wish I could get a refund. Don’t purchase it till they fix the link. The book itself is pretty good, I have a paper copy.

Still not opening. Publisher does nothing. I really wanted to read this book, and I hate giving an author a poor rating because of this, but the book won’t open, as other reviewers have said. I’ve been trying to read it for nearly two years now as I paid money for this version. I have messaged the publisher several times and they try to say it’s not on their end but I’ve called Apple about it and it’s not on their end either. All I wanted to do was read this book. I won’t be buying another book from this publisher again unless they fix this issue because this is not only doing a disservice to their readers, but their authors as well.

Wont open. Why isnt this book loading i paid for it and cant open it. It had a update but still not opening. So what are we doing to either fix this or refund us?

Amazing book just can’t open on here. Seems to be an issue with the upload. Author was so kind and resolved directly with me as apple are being useless. Great book just can’t read it on here at the moment.
