Excellent book. Got the sample, wasn’t sure I actually wanted to pay for it even though it was very inexpensive. Took a chance, it was awesome. Great writer, great twists. Definitely worth your while to read.

Twisted & fast-paced: couldn’t put it down!. Another doozie from Catherine McKenzie! I absolutely love how she ends her chapters with an answer to a cliffhanger! I struggled to stay awake reading “Please Join Us” because I couldn’t put it down! An amazingly twisted look at corporate culture & the #MeToo movement. I loved the main character and her husband, Dan. My only regret was not being able to find out about their future & if they ended up staying together & having children. I always wish I could have found out more about Katherine, as she seemed like a strong, self-made woman who could do with an even deeper storyline! A fast-paced, fun read with lots of twists & turns!

A Page Turner. Do you need a page turner that is hard to put down? ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Nicole Mueller’s job is not going as planned as a lawyer. She was just notified that she was being demoted in the firm. When Nicole recieves an email inviting her to join a networking group called Panthera Leo, she jumps at the chance and joins. It’s a networking group who help women advance in a male dominated workforce. Her husband, Dan, is not so sure as he thinks it might be a cult. Is it too good to be true? Does this lead her to higher level positions or does it lead her astray? This fast paced book will have you on the edge of your seat as the secrets are unraveled. Are people who they seem to be? This book will keep you guessing until the end with all the twist and turns! A great book to take on a vacation or bring to your next book club meeting!

Slow. It took me a while to read this one. I wasn’t as invested in the characters as I needed to be. The twist toward the end is what earned the three stars for me.
