Very simple. The storyline was decent but the writing was very simplistic. There weren't typos, thank goodness, but the book was never emotive enough to make me care about the characters.

Adorable. Wonderful story about finding a soul mate. The book flowed perfectly. There was no back and forth with indecision he simply loved her and she him. It's funny how going thru the worst thing in life can in turn bring about the best thing.

Review. The book has a good plot and I liked the storyline. What I didn’t enjoy was how the story drug on and on and had too many sex scenes. Ok we get it, the couple liked sex, but we didn’t need to read about it in every chapter. It took away from the story. I also would have liked a stronger heroine. Becca never stood up for herself. She let her sister-in-law bully her into running away. When her husband walked into the library to find her in a compromising situation, he asked her what was going on and she said nothing. Did she suddenly become mute??? How hard is it to say “he came onto me and I was trying to push him away.” If the book was revised to incorporate these changes, it would be a wonderful read.

Wonderful and thrilling story. After previously reading a historical romance book by another author, I was looking for something of the same effect before I could come across more of her books. A wonderfully romantic and thrilling story like this was exactly what I was looking for. But it was all that and more. I loved this book and defiantly recommend to historical romance lovers!
