I'm in love with Royce!. This story griped me from the beginning. I was crushing on Royce from the first book in the series and was so glad to see him get his happily ever after. Sweet love scenes that are sexy but not gratuitous. Would love a follow up book to look into the lives of these characters later on in life. Thank you Shelly!

Amazing book! You have to make it past the sample.... As I was reading this sample I almost didn't buy the book. I was having trouble getting into it and I wasn't in love with the characters...but boy was I glad I kept reading! This is a really great book with really lovable characters, intrigue, mountain climbing, cute puppies, princess and princesses... And all with a really surprising amount of depth as we'll. overall a must read!

Shelly Thacker knocks another one out of the park!. I have been reading every Shelly Thacker book I can get my hands on since reading "Forever His". This book blew me away! The story starts out exciting but that excitement really continued to build throughout the book until I was not able to put the book down. I would recommend this book to someone who enjoys a steamy romance with a really great story behind it.

Beautiful. The characters were great, the story well written and plenty of action. A must read.

Another gem. I can highly recommend this well written novel to all lovers of historical romance. The plot is exciting and engaging. Shelly's characters simply jump off the page and into our hearts! I recommend reading the 'Behind the Scenes' section at the end of the book - an amazing insight into the writing and publishing of the work.

His forbidden Bride. Y. His Forbidden Bride 7.5/10 Royce is to secretly escort the Princess through the mountains so she can create peace by marrying an evil tyrant King. Of course there is great chemistry and temptation and honour and danger. I like the ending, where for his service to the country, Royce is given a stretch of mountains bordering his lands as a new state. He is made a Prince, so then he can marry the Princess, and together they rule the whole country.

One of my favourite books ever.... ...not empty praise, either. I genuinely loved the hero and heroine. It’s a glorious read.
