... This book was better then the first ! More drama , more suspense more questions , More feelings. This one had me hooked and the ending .....

Good but slow... I enjoyed the first book in this series a lot more then this second instalment. It felt very dragged out and irked me how the protagonist is portrayed as an honest but blunt person, yet when Bryce is with someone else, she just doesn't react the way you would hope or expect; instead it's drawn out for over half of the book, eventually coming to the conclusion you presumed in the first book. I did finish it, and I hope to enjoy the third book more as it feels (from the sample) that it may be more fast paced. I love love love Tijan's Fallen Crest series, and maybe struggle to enjoy these books because of that.. It's hard to beat Mason and Logan's characters! :)
