An Addictive Page-Turner. I bought this book along with "The Last Song," during the summer. Not really sure what to expect I was completely amazed. This book is in no way, shape, or form predictable. I completely fell in love with it's outcome. It's a great story that makes you really think about love and it's importance in life.

The Choice. Beautiful story, but then Nicholas Spark’s books are always beautiful. Very funny and also thought provoking. Made me laugh and cry, too.

Loved it. This book was a great read, I loved the story and all of the characters. Only complaint is that Part two went a little slow and it didn't keep my attention as much as Part one but I still loved the book.

The Choice. This book was beyond amazing. Romance, life or death situation that brought a marriage closer together & a love that only seems fairy tale. Read it in 3 days. Could not put this book down. Amazing!

Hope for love.. Of course Sparks does it again! Every time I read one of his books I'm left sitting on the couch, crying as if I was five years old and someone just took away my favorite toy. Every time he leaves you feeling as if your hearts been ripped out of your chest cleaned off and put back in. But let's be honest, if we know this happens every time why do we go back to it. It gives us a sense of hope that one day we will find our Noah,Dawson or Landon.

Read it.. I loved this book. The descriptions make you imagine everything so clear. It was a new, and different type of story. Lots of things that I hadn't expected, happened. One of those books you cant put down, and a real tear jerker.

Amazing Book. This book had everything to keep the reader wanting to turn the pages and try separately to get to the end to see what would happen. Typical of Sparks, his characters are very real. One gets to know them as well as people they know in the real world. Descriptions of places and events very vivid and detailed. And "the Choice" was a difficult one. The only complaint I would have is not really a complaint....I think Sparks could have kept this one going with more story and would not have taken away from the main theme of "the choice".

The Choice by Nicholas Sparks takes readers on a journey in which characters must make life-changing decisions. The reader is there with each character, every step of the way. Sparks does an excellent job explaining the story from each character’s point of view. The reader knows so much about every side of the story. She is able to form her own opinion about what she wants the characters to decide. This book opens up the debate about what you would do if you were put in the situation that these characters wound up in. The following is a debatable question brought up in this book, stated by Nicholas Sparks himself: “How far should a person go in the name of true love?” This book really makes you wonder.. Sparks always knows when and where to throw in a twist or turn. He takes the reader by surprise, so she can’t possibly put the book down even if she wants to. This is a wonderful story that gets the reader very involved and takes her on an emotional roller coaster. Although The Choice is an amazing book, I would not say it is anything special. It is very similar to all of Sparks’s other books and not different from a typical love story. This book is great if you are looking for a good, fast-paced read, but if you are looking for something very unique, I would not recommend it for you.

Heartwarming. I just recently got into reading. I'm 23, my mom is having serious surgery, and I need something to take my mind of of everything. I have to say that I ADORE this book and I will DEFINITELY read it again. I loved it, and just like the other Nicholas Sparks books I've read, I couldn't put it down, was done reading it in a day and a half. Loved it!

The choice. This is a wonderful book about love and hope. I highly recommend it! This book has a few surprises...i was hooked instantly!

The ending didn't let me down..... .....although, for me there was too much description, which I skipped over and over....

A must read. I give it 4.5 stars yes the first few chapters are slow and not really entertaining but then BOOM you go on an emotional roller coaster with ironic twists. I loved this book!

The choice. Absolutely wonderful book, leaves you in suspense to the very end, as with all Sparks novels, I couldn't put it down, and also with all his books I read I imagine how wonderful of a movie it would be, I just hope it's added to the list that's being made to movies soon.

Great. This book was great. It keeps your attention to the very end. Although I felt the ending was pretty easy to predict I still enjoyed reading it very much. I suggest not reading it on an airplane or in an airport if you are one to get teary from a good book though.

Pretty Good. I'm surprised how unspecific these reviews are! If you like Sparks, you'll enjoy it just fine, but I didn't think it was his best. In fact, I'd put it at the bottom. Read the others first, I found this to be especially predictable and felt Part Two to be a bit under developed. Though, I don't regret the read, Sparks is always good for quick and easy entertainment.

Well obviously. Don't bother wasting your time, Sparks has done it again with writing another awful book. Oh and she wakes up (OF COURSE SHE DID,) they should have killed her. At least it would have been more interesting.

I'm a guy. I really enjoyed reading this book and will probably reread it, in the middle it did get a bit slow but the ending was worth every slow page.

The meh-est of meh's. Let me sum up every Nicholas Sparks novel for you: Two main characters are from different worlds (usually one is rich and the other is poor) and could never work! He's a handsome, charming, Southern good ol' boy who has no interest in commitment until she sweeps into his life and blows him away! One of them (the woman, or one of her family members) has a life-threatening disease or is in a horrific accident! He mourns her or she lives and they get through it together! I stopped reading his novels after Nights in Rodanthe (which, to be fair, didn't have a character with a disease, just a landslide or avalanche or something), but I saw the ads for the latest movie and decided to give him another try. PASS. Also, what is his obsession with birds? I swear that he had a protagonist that thought a duck or a swan was his reincarnated wife, and now he has this ominous pigeon? I feel like if I went to Nicholas Sparks' house he'd be pointing out birds all day like "that's Jarret, he always shows up and watches me through the window when it's going to rain in three days, eight hours, and twenty minutes. He's my second favorite after Emory, who always shows up when it's going to rain in three days, four hours, and forty minutes." When he wasn't trying to convince me to move to a small seaside town in North Carolina, that is. Just, no. Don't bother.

Phenomenal. Absolutely loved it. Weird transition between part one and part two but it was well worth my time.

Amazing!. The Choice told a story that was so relatable and familiar , but also kept you wanting to know what would happen as the story progressed. Personally, this book is one of my favorite of Sparks' because it is so light and playful while being both heart warming and real. Couldn't put the book down and finished it in less than a day. Loved it, and I definitely recommend it to avid Nicholas Sparks fans.

So good!. I have NEVER had a book make me cry so much. Both good years and bad. I was so captivated by the book. It has become one of my favorites!

Awesome Book. This book was excellent! It hooked me right from the beginning. I couldn't put it down and wanted to keep reading!!!

Great :). It was a great book, in the first part of the book it was so cute and romantic. But in part two it got so sad, it was like I didn't want to finish reading but I also wanted to know what happens.

Great book. This was one of those books that you can't wait to get back to. Gone are my days of being able to read a book cover-to-cover in one sitting; not with young children around. So with that I truly looked forward to my own quiet time where I got to read my book. This books starts out light and fluffy with their budding romance. Then the author jumps us ahead to current time and we know something happens; the details are not clear. But on the road to telling us what happens we continue to see Travis and Gabby's love grow and deepen. The true power of love....sometimes when we don think we can live without our spouse, we need to be a little selfish in order for love to prevail.
