Hell's Corner by David Baldacci Book Summary

Before he can lead a covert mission on the orders of the President, a former CIA assassin must track down the source of a terrorist attack and navigate a shadowy world of betrayal and political secrets in this #1 New York Times bestselling thriller.

John Carr, aka Oliver Stone-once the most skilled assassin his country ever had-stands in Lafayette Park in front of the White House. Inside, the British prime minister is being honored at a state dinner. Then, just as the prime minister's motorcade leaves, a bomb explodes in the park, and in the chaotic aftermath Stone is given an urgent assignment: find those responsible.

British MI-6 agent Mary Chapman becomes his partner in the search for the unknown attackers. But their opponents are elusive, skilled, and increasingly lethal. Worst of all, the park bombing may have been only the opening salvo in their plan. With nowhere else to turn, Stone enlists the help of the only people he knows he can trust: the Camel Club.

Hells Corner. I was disappointed, not as good as previous "Camel Club" stories. Oliver Stone is becoming unbelievable with his actions. Just like "Dirk Pitt".

Hell’s Corner. The book from a great writer!

Wonderful Book. It is a pleasure to read with traffic characters and a great plot. This is one author who consistently entertains.

Hell's Corner. Simply awful!

Gripping read, incomplete ending. Exciting, but needed a bit more work at the end. Seemed unfinished.

Great book!. I loved it! My favorite camel club book so far!!

Wow. I can review this without reading a single page!

Hell's Kitchen. Boring and disappointing, predictable - oh and I did slog through the whole book. I won't bother with the next one.

Pretty good. Although it was a pretty good it went on longer than I would have liked. Overall a good read though.

Apalling book!. An appalling bit of fiction. Really bad read I can't recommend at all.

Hell's corner. Great story line with twists and turns. Glad to see the Camel Club is still fresh and exciting. Looking forward to more great stories!

Hells Corner. The fifth and final book in the " Camel Club " series.

Caution! Time Sensitive.. I've read many of his books. This lived up to the "hype" of so many of the previous Five-Star reviews. The chapter length did permit the opportunity to eat and sleep--however; this story kept me "turning 'right' when I should have turned 'left'". Congratulations on a fantastic plot--and the use of technology!

Excellent book. Very intriguing, kept me engaged the entire time. Many twists I never saw coming. I highly recommend this or any other work by David Baldacci

Another page turner by this awesome writer. Camel club back in action.I remain enthralled by the developments and surprises. Stone is cool calm and ahead of the rest of the world.

Great read. Another great read with the return of the Camel Club plus new characters and villains. Couldn't put it down - full of twists and turns to keep you guessing until the last page.

Hell's Corner. This book was awesome!!! Love the Camel Club Group; wish there were more books with them in it...David Baldacchi is an incredible spy thriller writer.. The best I have ever read.. Lots of research done and not a lot of fill in with over-descriptions, like so many other writers....You can't put it down!!!

Hell’s Corner. Need more Camel Club w/o Murder Mountain!

Hells Corner, you live within the story. A wonderful addition to the John Carr/Oliver Stone legacy. The story, does not allow you to put the book down, just continues to hold you in it's spell. I am very happy that the ending allows for a subsequent continuation of confining the Saga.

Interesting. To be honest I was a little bored with how it started. I mean I think they spent to much time on the park before the bomb went off and all but I enjoyed it.

Very good book. Lots of twists and turns. Very interesting read.

So.... People can write reviews of books they never bought on iBook stow and have never read?
