A better me.. I liked it a lot especially the reading of the loss of his daughter as I had been through that with my daughter Leslie who died on 14 august 1972 she only lived for 3 hours and I still think of her every day he seems to be a good family man which is pleasing I read the book in one day I actually took the hints on what to eat ! Well done xxxxx
