My Lucky # 13 ( Hockey Hotties Book 1 ) Piper Rayne. I loved this book the first in the Hockey Hotties series . This is Aiden and Saige’s story and what a fantastic story it is . I love what a very caring person Aiden is and how devoted he is to those he cares about . I am looking forward to the rest of these books in this series .

I’m a fan!. This was the first book by Piper Rayne that I have read. I enjoyed the characters and storyline. Chance meetings at a New Years Eve party and Hockey players superstitions. Heck I’m not even a hockey fan, but after reading this I might have to become one!! Looking forward to the other books coming up in this series.

My Lucky #13. This was really enjoyable! I have liked other books the these authors but I honestly was sure they could write a hockey romance. Hockey romances are currently my favorite genre especially as I am rooting for my hometown boys whether at a game or at home. I have read some books where I felt the author was just jumping on the bandwagon. I didn’t feel like that in this case. I can tell there was actual research done and I didn’t feel like the main male character, Aiden, was written like a girl. This was a well written book and it was fun to read. I would have liked more actual hockey action but I honestly don’t feel short changed by this book.

Wow. I normally don’t read sports stories, wait I do but it’s mostly soccer, but I was happy to read this one. It was not quite what I expected. I loved the way they showed the point of view of a person watching the game & also of the player. The conflict of whether or not to pursue the relationship (& this was with the man wanting said relationship) spoke volumes to me. I am always looking forward toward the next story from these ladies & please keep them coming!!!!

Lucky 13. This book had me swooning. Between the cute rom-com and the steamy scenes I loved it. I just couldn’t stand Sage and her whining 🤷🏼‍♀️

Wow!. This book is so good it’s addicting. I got hooked when I got the prequel. These characters are so steamy. I loved their banter and flirtation. Your emotions will be on a rollercoaster ride. Aiden and Saige’s chemistry is off the charts! Make sure you have good AC and a fan😉 because temperatures will rise. I can’t wait to read the next one in the series. Happy reading!

Great start to a new series. 4.5 stars Aiden Drake is the captain of the NHL Florida Fury hockey team. He has never been superstitious, and even used 13 as his number. He was in a nine game slump, when he went to a team party on New Years Eve. There he met Saige Fowler, they flirted and at midnight, when he went in for a kiss, she threw a glass of wine in his face. Apparently, she came with a date, Aiden’s agent Joran. Of course, the next game Aiden scores a hat trick and he decides that he needs Saige to throw a glass of wine in his face before every game. Since Saige is trying to build her business as social media managers, Aiden agrees to be her client if she travels with him and throws wine in his face every game. I loved Aiden, he is a great guy. I had a little harder time warming up to Saige. The immature way she handled issues, I almost felt like she was still in college. Instead of being truthful with Aiden, she would lie through omission. Overall, a really great start to a new series and I cannot wait for Ford and Maksim’s stories. I received an advanced reader copy of this book from the author for my honest opinion.

A fantastic, entertaining start to a new series!. The first book in the new hockey series by the authors is off to a fantastic start with My Lucky #13. It is Aiden Drakes book and his story is truly wonderful. He’s a genuine person with a heart of gold and goes after what he wants. And he wants Saige! However, there is someone standing in his way and isnt that a sticky situation indeed. Nevertheless he is not without figuring out how to be near her. When she becomes his social media manager, how will she resist his charm, especially when travelling with him! I loved everything about this book, it was quite entertaining! I had a constant smile on my face and I really think those two are meant to be. However what happens when his team doesn’t win? Does Aiden have to make a choice? Its definitely not easy and sometimes when something happens that makes you see what really matters …all you can do is make sure you know who is important in life! Loved it! Looking forward to reading more of the series!

Great start to the series. I was so excited when I learnt that Piper Rayne were writing a hockey series. If My Lucky #13 is anything to go by, then they have another winning series on their hands. This is Aiden and Saige’s story and from the first chapter to the last I was hooked on the story that the authors wove. Aiden is having issues and is not at the top of his game, in fact he is in danger of being traded if he doesn’t get his mojo back ASAP. Unlike most hockey players he doesn't believe in superstitions. However meeting Saige, at a party he knows she should be off limits and yet he cannot help but be drawn to her. Could Saige be the lucky charm he never knew he needed? There were laugh out loud moments, witty banter, plenty of steam and characters whose story you cannot help but become invested in. The camaraderie between Aiden and his teammates added an additional layer to my enjoyment. I really like Aiden and Saige, both separately and as a couple and I could easily see myself as friends with Saige. This was a fun, entertaining read and one I have no hesitation in recommending.

Wonderful!!. Oh my what a wonderful story! This is book one of a new series about hockey players and I love it. These ladies are wonderful story tellers and I am hooked and can’t wait to read the next one in this series.

Fantastic start to the series. Wow What can I say about Piper Rayne’s first hockey book apart from they nailed it!!!! My Lucky #13 is the first book in the Hockey Hotties Serues and if Aiden and Sage’s story is anything to go by they will certainly have another hit series on their hands from small towns to hockey romance this dynamic duo know how to please their readers. As you would expect this book has it all from swoon worthy heroes, strong sassy heroines, some sizzling chemistry and some laugh out loud moments we get it all. This story starts with hockey superstitions and the fun begins right there. Aiden knows Sage should be off limits because she is on a date with his agent and friend but when she throws a drink in his face and his next game is hockey perfection he knows he needs to keep her around. Keeping her around means getting to know her better and that means feelings come into play so will this couple get the HEA they both deserve. Guess you need to read the book to find that out. This book ticked all my boxes, I fell hard and fast for Aiden, I adored Sage but it was the friendships and interaction from the rest of the team that took this story to another level. Can’t wait for the next instalment from Hockey Hotties.

I was excited to read My Lucky #13 after reading Countdown to a Kiss and learning that Piper Rayne was going to do their first hockey romance. ⁣ Aiden and Saige met at a New Year's Eve party where they had a connection but when she throws a drink in his face and he realizes she is with his agent that is where things end. Until Aiden starts playing amazingly well. Now he has to track down Saige and convince her to throw a drink in his face before every game. ⁣ I really enjoyed Aiden and Saige's story. It was fun and entertaining. Aiden was so much more than just a hockey player. I love that Aiden and Saige developed an amazing friendship prior to the connection. The chemistry between them got so hot it could not be ignored.
