Good!. Not one of my favorites of hers but still really good. Slow in spots but then she brings it all together!!! I did not see the twist at the end. Soooo good! I love a good twist!!! Really glad I read it!!

You always know what you’re doing to get.. You always know what you’re going to get when you read a Sally Hepworth book. She’s consistent. She’ll always have a great story. Was this one of my favorites? No, but I still enjoyed it. She’s definitely one of my favorite authors and I’m never disappointed.

This book will keep you guessing what Gabe’s connection is until all is revealed! Sally Hepworth is a master of unexpected twists and turns and shocking endings! This book will keep you entertained and turning the pages through it all. Just when you think you have figured it out, something else is revealed. I loved it! A perfect book to take with you on vacation, where you can read for hours. Be sure to add this to your TBR list! This book is hard to put down!

Another page-turner from Sally Hepworth. I love Hepworth's novels; she really understands plot and character development. And very importantly, she knows when to stop! Unlike many of her contemporaries in this genre, her novels are never overly long. Well done!

Deep, sad and engrossing.. Torn, that is how I felt after finishing this book. So many lies, both intentional and not, And I guess the ending can be considered “happy” but what a terrible way to live. And still, is this considered “justice”? I found this book sad, just sad. It is a engaging read, but nothing much good comes from this one. Deep, sad, engrossing read.
