Rainbow six. It got to wordy for me? I found myself skipping ahead, and finally let it go. Lots of very interesting gun stuff all of which I’ll forget 🤪

Slow. A little dated (expected), and slower moving than most Clancy stuff

Long and boring. And wow did Clancy ever hate environmentalists! Holy conservative mackerel batman. LoL Is so blatant it’s unintentionally hilarious like a parody of itself. Could overlook if only more actually happened. So many words, so little story.

Rainbow Six. PI have read this book over and over several times. It is always A thrill and pleasure. I really enjoy many of Clancy's books but I have been very sad that he has chosen to leave Rainbow Six As a "one timer" but I live with hopes! Please please!

Rainbow six. I have read this book several times and I never get tired of it. Like the way it ended. If our government would tend to business instead of going through all the red tape, what a better place to live. Recommend this book completely.

Long but amazing. Love the characters and the suspense

Great book. This book is pretty good, it's about a specOps team and has a very real, believable plot line. It's set a year or so before the 2000 Sidney Olympics so it was before 9/11

Surprisingly engrossing!. While I missed Jack Ryan in this installment, the John Clark and Domingo Chavez story was very interesting.

Didn’t like. The book goes far too slowly. I didn’t finish it.

Rainbow 6. I’m a 1/3 of the way through the book and although I find it an enjoyable read I also find it frustrating. Not even sure I’ll stick with it to the end. What does Clancy have against starting a new chapter! I can’t tell you how many times I’ve found myself half way through a page only to find out the scene and the players have changed and I was ascribing the dialog to the previous paragraphs characters. Im thinking I’ll stick with Patterson or Baldacci.

1st time reading a Tom Clancy. Never read his books before until this one. Absolutely loved it. Always was into his games though.

Amazing. Awesome read. Kept me entertained and wanting more the whole time i read it. Thought my wife was going to kill me because of this book. Definitely deserves to be read more than once.

It’s also a game. Rainbow Six Siege is one of the best games of the 20th Century, and this book further informs you on the game and details that you may not have known.

Excellent Read. Loved it!

Rainbow Six. Tom Clancy is normally unputdownable but this is not one of his better reads. The story line is weak and unpersuasive although the tactical and weapons details are typical Clancy. It was a chore to read to the end and Mr Clancy, when a UK soccer match ends equal the result is NEVER a tie, it's a draw!

Nice plot, horrible writing. Clancy needs an editor, badly. Purple prose everywhere, repeated thoughts all over. This book should've been half the size. It's like he was paid by the word.

Very wordy. Almost two descriptive. Found myself skimming through pages as it was a very wordy read.

Rainbow Six 💞. As an avid video game player, I’ve always loved the “Tom Clancy’s...” games, specifically the “Rainbow Six” series. I knew the name “Tom Clancy” was familiar because I’ve read this book. Along with his many other books. It was a long time ago, but I have decided to read it again!

Action packed. Real good action packed story of good guys vs bad guys.

Amazing. It's the book that started me loving Clancy books

Attention to detail. Upon completion of this book, I was thoroughly satisfied with the layout and sequence of events as they unfolded. I really loved his attention to detail, regarding the descriptions and conversations. While reading, I could in vision perfectly the scenes and events as they unfolded, I was there with the teams as they progressed from the very start, to the very end. I will definitely be checking out the other books, see how the rest of them hold up in comparison.
