Relic by Douglas Preston & Lincoln Child Book Summary
From bestselling authors Douglas Preston and Lincoln Child comes Relic, the thriller that introduces FBI Special Agent Pendergast.
Just days before a massive exhibition opens at the popular New York Museum of Natural History, visitors are being savagely murdered in the museum's dark hallways and secret rooms. Autopsies indicate that the killer cannot be human...
But the museum's directors plan to go ahead with a big bash to celebrate the new exhibition, in spite of the murders.
Museum researcher Margo Green must find out who--or what--is doing the killing. But can she do it in time to stop the massacre?

A+. Awesome read!
Excellent read!. Loved this book - it kept me up late into the night afraid to have my toes peep over the edge of the bed.
Wildly entertaining!. If you like The Da Vinci Code, this book with not let you down at all. Most definitely a page turner!
Relic. This is my first reading of the Pendergast/Margo series and I am loving it as I did Preston and Child’s Nora Kelly series. I am grateful for the many books they have written. Love their writing style and technique. Will Dooley, Jr.
Fantastic storytelling. The author does very well in creating depth and detail, creating an intense desire to know what will happen next. Will continue with series!
Well written, page turner!!!. Had me turning on my toes the entire time!!!
Delicious thill. I had seen the movie and gave it a C+. I should have known the book would be beyond comparison. Well written to draw out each moment of breathless suspense.
Excellent. Very well written.
Fantastic read.. This book is a really fun read and hard to put down. It also introduces a lot of great interesting characters who are carried out through many later novels, including the mysterious FBI Agent Pendergast. This book was made into a movie in 90's. The movie was ok, but as is usually the case, it just doesn't compare to the book. If you liked Jurassic Park, then you will love Relic. The attention to detail and rich character development will make you wish it will never end, which is a good reason to pick up the sequel...Reliquary!
Museum Monster-mystery. Great book to read while on vacation - fast paced, good writing, and highly entertaining.
Don't know what noholike was talking about..... This is at least a 4 star book and the characters are awesome... Pendergast is extremely entertaining...
A really good read!. This is the first of many novels by Lincoln and Childs. They are very well written, engaging and fun to read!
