Jack 1939. I have to admit, I did not expect a lot from this novel. But I found it to be an engrossing page-turner. It didn't take me long to get hooked on both the characters and the action flow of the story. The book captures the glamour, the despair and the fear that must have existed in Europe in the summer of 1939. Very well done!
Excellent piece of fiction. Each character felt real and the action and heartache did not wane. I'm ready for your next book!
