The Lie Maker. Great mystery! Wonderful author; I will read anything he writes because I know it will be well-written, entertaining, and full of great characters. I’m just sad this one is over.
Not the best. I have read most of his books and have enjoyed them. This one was probably his worst. Didn’t relate to any characters. It was slow, boring, without build up or action. The ending fell flat too. Wasn’t worth the money.
Unbelievable. I really like Barclay’s books. Good read.

Since being introduced to Linnwood Barclay via his column in the Toronto Star many years ago, I have relished his writing, loved his wit and sense of humour in the newspaper column days… I have read all of his novels and appreciate his journey and progression as an author thru’ to this latest ‘The Lie Maker’. Can’t wait for the next reading adventure! Thank you for the many hours of reading pleasure…from my forties to the present age 75…
