Amazing. I loved this book! William is sexy, and powerful, And Raven is a strong female protagonist with a mind of her own.. He loves her and accepts her as she is and she does the same..Their chemistry is intoxicating and the story just draws you in... Add the supernatural, steamy sex and amazing writing and you got a brilliant combination! I'm sad I finished reading it and I can't wait for the next book!

The Prince. Great read!!

Good Read. I enjoyed this book. It was well written and witty. I look forward to the next in the series. My only complaint is the constant female lead who is insecure and has body issues because of some childhood trauma. Unfortunately this is something I find in most romance novels. I would love for some one to write a strong and confident female lead. Despite this flaw the book was enjoyable and I loved that it was based in Italy. The author did a great job of describing the beauty of the city and the artwork.

Explore the world of vampires in the beautiful city of Florence and you’ll never be the same. Beautifully written. Just Extraordinary. You won’t be able to put it down.

Surprisingly wonderful. Let me say 2 things first. I love the way SR writes. The Gabriel trilogy is just beautiful in every way. Second, I do not like paranormal stories. But--- I could not imagine missing anything SR wrote. I read The Prince and didn't like it because the Prince was just too dark. Insinuating Julia was sick upset me no end. So, I resisted reading this book. I am so glad I gave in. I loved this so much. William is so multidimensional. Raven amazing. The story captivating. Cannot wait for the next one.

Amazing!. I read this book in one day! It was such a great read and I have already pre-ordered, THE SHADOW! I'm totally in love with William!

Raven. Absolutely in love with this Arthur. She writes beautiful, I can't put these books down, I've read the Gabriel series 2times now and I cried at the end again.

🤔 Not sure how I feel about it but I could not put it down. I love Reynard’s books (the Gabriel series as well as The Man in the Black Suit) but had put off purchasing The Raven as I am not a fan of paranormal, and not all of the reviews were positive. After reading … I am still not a fan of paranormal. For me, The Raven had huge plot holes and did not flow as evenly as the other Reynard novels. And yet…I finished it within two days and it held my interest throughout. I enjoyed it, no question. There was something about the relationship of the two leads, Raven and the Prince, that kept me going. I will buy Book 2 as well.

Love. A fan of The Gabriel series, I was eager to sample the exquisite pen of S. Reynard again. Whipped through Florence on the wings of Reynard's imagination I flew with Raven and The Prince with little regard to my daily life bar to greedily indulge in this novel till completion. I wanted more, as I've found the case to be previously, with all S.Reynard literary offerings. And again I will await the next.

The Raven. Words escape me, this is beautifully written, intriguing from start to end, couldn't put it down once I started it, SR is by far the best author I have came across, can't wait for the next instalment 👏📖
