Didn’t see that coming…. At first without Cross, I thought it would be boring. But the twists make it interesting.

New author makes cross books intriguing. Not your typical Alex cross book. Definitely more action more twists adds a new dimension to a Patterson book a great read. Dr golan

John Sampson. Great read, excellent writing. Really enjoyed the focus on the John Sampson character.

Not one of his best. While the story line was interesting, it was not up to previous Alex novels, perhaps as a result of his coauthor in this novel.

Title says it!. Yep Cross is down,why not his big huge best friend John taking a starring role?!! Sheesh, some earlier reviews just can’t imagine reality in books that the main character didn’t just bounce right back up and save the day. Scary and plausible scenario in these current climes of hate and violence. Was a page turner from the get-go for me.

Cross Down. An interesting, relevant, page-turner, that doesn’t disappoint - enjoy !!

Just Bad. Sorry to say that I had to force myself to get through this book. I thought it would be interesting to read a story from Sampson’s POV, but the writing didn’t support it.

Love the Alex Cross Series. Different view/narrator than Alex this time, took a few chapters to get used to that, then we find out why-very good book, as usual.
