Some franchises have a regular color commentator while others (such as the Milwaukee Brewers) use two play-by-play announcers, with the primary often doing more innings than the secondary. Secondary play-by-play announcers are noted by bold and the number of innings of play-by-play are listed in "Radio Broadcaster Inning Formats". As of 2024, 12 teams are broadcast on Bally Sports, four on NBC Sports Regional Networks, two on MASN, and three are produced by MLB Network and distributed to local cable providers and MLB.tv; otherwise the New York Mets are broadcast on SportsNet New York; the New York Yankees are on YES Network; the Los Angeles Dodgers are on Spectrum SportsNet LA; the Chicago Cubs are on Marquee Sports Network; the Boston Red Sox are on NESN; the Houston Astros are on Space City Home Network; the Pittsburgh Pirates are on SportsNet Pittsburgh; the Seattle Mariners are on Root Sports Northwest, and the Toronto Blue Jays are on Sportsnet. The Mets, Phillies and Giants also have agreements with local over-the-air networks to exclusively air a small package of games, while the Guardians and Reds have agreements to simulcast their home openers over-the-air. The Yankees have an agreement to exclusively air a select number of games through streaming on Amazon Prime Video.
