Emma Book Reviews
Emma by Jane Austen Book Summary
Emma Wodehouse is rich, spoiled, and meddlesome. Jane Austen famously declared that nobody would like her heroine except herself. Yet Emma remains as popular and beloved as Austen's other novels, a meandering but witty comedy that weaves its characters in and out of situations brought on by its heroine's attempts at playing matchmaker. It's satirical with a soft touch — more light-hearted than Austen's other novels — but written with a great deal of love for its characters.

Missing pages. I'm not reviewing the story, just this version of e-book. 1/3 of the way in the chapter ends mid-sentence and it appears something significant happens. I will have to download a different version.
Emma. This is a wonderful book with a beautiful ending! No tears to be shed.
:). :)
Loved it!. This is a true classic. Could not bear to read it in high school when it was an obligation, but thoroughly enjoyed it as an adult, & lover of fine literature.
Emma. Very interesting !
Engaging Story. Very early on the protagonist becomes a bit unlike-able. The ending is somewhat predictable although some plot twists were introduced. Still, it is a sufficiently engaging story for compulsive readers.
Emma. Although I feel Jane Eyre a more intriguing story this book was extremely well done. Such detail and innuendo in the writing. Very nice for those who enjoy British Literature.
The best. This is the best book ever!!
Izo32. I hate her but good book
