    This book has good info but this guy is just trying to sell his brand. I mean every other sentence ends with Bulletproof! Also, his claims on the mycotoxins in coffee is misleading and lacks any evidence or research.

    My doctor has said to keep doing what I'm doing! I started with Bulletproof coffee about 6 months ago. About a month ago I started using the bulletproof foods on the PDF that was offered leading into this book. Picked up the book about a week ago and am integrating this into my lifestyle. I have NEVER felt this good in all the years I've been alive (41 years). To top it all off this book has explained every ache, pain, unexplainable foggy head, and irrational hunger I've had since I was about 28 (they are all but gone now BTW). Weak hands in the morning, sore joints, headaches, inability to focus, even back pain are all gone. I can't thank Dave Asprey enough for being brave enough to test the "lipid dogma" that has been sold to us. Until bulletproof coffee I listened to and followed the dietary dogmatism we all hear (low calorie, low fat, low carbs, lots of exercise) and was completely miserable, tired, irritable, depressed, frustrated, out of willpower, and always hungry. My days are unbelievably different now. FULL of energy (I have insane levels of energy now - it's amazing), zero frustration, zero headaches, zero hunger, and zero irritability. After eating this way for a while, I can now feel the impact of bad food like never before. When I eat something that isn't Bulletproof it gets easier to skip it the next time I run across it (much easier actually). As long as I stick with Bulletproof foods there is no longer a willpower battle when it comes to passing on inferior junk. This is the only change in diet that I'm 100% sure I can stick with... This is life changing information. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
